Which Grow should I do RIU? Help me out dudessss!

Hi, im currently growing a little crop of Nirvana's Ice, and the girls are about 4 1/2 weekd into flowering. Waiting to harvest.

However, while growing these girls, i cant help but do more and more research on different types of seeds or techniques to yeilding or reducing the most time for my next grow.

Im Stuck:wall:

My two choices are narrowed down to:

Autoflowering strains or

Rasberry Cough from Nirvana and a couple others for a ScrOG grow. i chose the Rasaberry Cough because they can be grown very close together, and seeing how my closet space is VERY limited, that strain would be in my best interest.

So, all you experienced growers, heres the question...

"Which grow should i persue for MAX yeild and MIN harvest time?"

**Also, my next goal would be about 20 ounces. Can that much be grown with a 400WT HPS by any of the two methods foresaid?:leaf:

hitting 1g/w isn't super easy, so for 560g you'd need more light. In fact, most new growers don't hit 1/2 g/w, though with a good setup and experience the 1g/w shouldn't be too hard to hit. I personally am not a fan of autoflowers, so I'd go with the nirvana one you picked.

I believe with a SCROG method and with the right strain would get me as close as possible to 1g/w? right?
I have thought about putting in another 400wt HPs but i dont want to because of the spike in the electric bill and the heat would be tremendous in the closet. Being in the U.S., this all would be impossible. I dont have anyway of leading the exhaust from the lights to the outside..
What would be another alternative to still reach the 1g/w goal? maybe 150wts of CFL's?
