Seed+Dirt+Water+(you NOT fucking with it)= A happy plant.
Seriously man... It isn't that tough. You need to do some google image searches of seeds. A tap root emerges. It grows down while the cotlydon grow up. The plant then produces new growth above ground while the tap root searches as deep as it can go. It will take about a week, or more, before the roots begin growing horizontally. So until that point, the plant is really just a stem and a single long root. There is nothing to hold it in the ground and all the yanking you are doing is not keeping these seedlings alive.
This is honestly some easy shit. Like 5,000 years ago our ancestors were starting seeds no fucking problem. I guess it takes a public school to lose even the most primary human skills like agriculture.
