Go get a couple good home air purifiers (bout $50/pop)...Make SURE they use or also use an activated carbon filter...This will remove the smell quickly...If you have a big grow, you will need to get alot of them or bigger/more expensive ones...I would say 1 for every 100 sqft or so (for the small ones)...Just read the box =P~

Go to your local grocery or hardware store and buy a few "bad air sponges" A bad air sponge is a small plastic jar with blue gel inside and holes in the top that absorbs odors. Buy several and put a few in your grow room and a couple around the house. They work fantastically well!

I actually bought an air purifier and not a cheap one by any means... barely touched the smell... So after trying all kinda stuff... air fresheners, I even bought some strip you add to your air conditioning/heater that made my whole house smell for just a few days...
Nothin killed the smell, plug in air fresheners, multiple christmas tree fresheners....
The most inexpensive option that has actually worked are the circular car aluminum can car fresheners. I think Ive had cherry in there for about a month, and I havent smelt them since. It only cost 2.99 and it no shit, killed the smell completely.

Ive been using small neutradol gels for a pound but they dry up pretty damn quickly.
I will give your car freshener idea a go though,sounds good

Get a 5 gallon bucket with a lid and drill holes in the side of it. Cut a hole in the lid and mount a computer fan to it. Get some soil moist crystals and some liquid ONA and mix it in the bucket. Put the lid on it and plug it in. Put it as close to your grow space as you can. It should make your house smell fresh. You can also pick up ONA in a spray can at any hydro shop. I would highly recommend that you get a carbon filter as soon as you can.Dude Im In The Exact Same Prediciment As You!

My air purifier does have a carbon filter... Ive read a lot that they work so dont get discouraged by my post...
It just didnt work in mine. I have a 3 story home and I could smell the plants on 2 of the floors even though they were isolated on the bottom floor in a closed off room.
I popped that can air freshener and it def killed the smell right away and it wasnt a pain in the ass like all the suggestions Ive read in the past.

I will thanks! Trust me I tried the Pine Tree Car car freshener since it was around xmas... and my house smelled like an old persons home...that shit was in the the trash faster than a pack of dogs on a three legged cat.

Get some air freshener, maybe some of those pine trees you hang on the mirror in the car (maybe like get a 1000 of them lol), stik some soap in the microwave, or some incense

Trust me no pine trees... maybe you posted that before you read what I wrote... big mistake... It may cover the smell a lil but your house will smell like a combo of old person and weed... yuck.

The worst part was that it wasn't so bad when I first cracked it. So I opened it and left it in my car to get the weed/liquor smell (long night) out. When I came out to my car later and opened the door it was like getting a pineapple douche right up the nostrils. What really sucked was the fact it was pouring outside and I couldn't even crack the windows.
