I've already decided i'm going to go with fox farm products but since I do have sort of a loose budget i'd like to know which Nutes i need to have for vegetative and for flowering. I know these questions have probably been answered before but I'm trying to not spend all of my money as it comes in and would like to buy what i need for vegetative first and then a couple weeks down the road at the next pay check or something like that i'll get my flowering nutes.

At my local hydro store its about 20 bucks each for a 1 quart bottle, which is fairly reasonable if your not growing a whole bunch of plants but anyway you will need Fox Farm Grow big for veg tiger bloom/big bloom for flowering.

you dont need those produts. beatie blooms is a bloom booster that you can use if you like towards the end of flowering..
i would say just use grow/tiger/big trio with cal/mag and botanitcares "sweet" or w/e molasses you choose...technaflora sugar daddy is good as well

What about the other products they have. Cha-ching, open sesame & Beastie Blooms?
Cha-ching is an absolute must, in my opinion. I've done side-by-side experiments (No, I absolutely do NOT do pics or journals!) and the difference was VERY noticeable. Plus, a one pound bottle will last you through many grows because you use so little of it. Beastie Blooms is also good stuff. I'm not real sure on the Open Sesame because I've never done a side-by-side test with it. But, I always use it according to the schedule and I've had wonderful results with the strains I grow.

Personally, I'd recommend just run the whole line-up per the schedule on their website, especially with indica-dominant strains. The cost seems high at first, but when you realize how long the stuff lasts, it is actually quite reasonable.

Good luck and good growing!!!

Not to mention the wonderful results you get from these products. It's well worth the money you pay. I started with the FF trio and am slowly adding to my arsenal. (money is tight) My plants have never been healthier.

That's cool as shit dude!!! I think you are the first one to ever comment on the avatar. I'm a huge PF fan from WAY back. The first time I saw them was back in '77. I've seen them probably a dozen times since then. Always an absolutely incredible show! Even without Roger! I had to laugh at your last comment, Dave Gilmour was definitely one of the ones (along with Page, Schenker, Rhoads, Beck, Gibbons) that influenced me to start playing too!

Are you using the full recommended dosages off their website?

i follow there web site to the T. it works great. If you start adding other stuff like sweet and cal mag yo may have to back of by about 10% the recomended dossage.
I use it in dwc. I have read a lot of posts by people claiming that they can only go half strength though

Yes. I follow their feeding schedule for soil EXACTLY, with the exception that I will also add some AN Big Bud and Cal-mag into the program during weeks 2 through 5 of 12/12. DO NOT follow the directions on the bottles!!! Just print out the schedule on their website and follow it. You might want to start at 1/2 strength if you are unsure about how well your strain handles nutes, but so far I have never had any problems as long as I stick to the schedule and always adjust the Ph of my water/nutes to 6.5 +/- .05 before feeding my girls. I currently just grow one strain (Dinafem Power Kush) that all come from a freebie seed from the 'tude about 1.5 years ago. I got lucky and got an absolutely evil phenotype that I've cloned the shit out of since then. It is heavily Indica-dominant, as have been most of the other strains I've grown (I don't have the patience required to really grow nice Sativas!).

I use FF soil and have found that I dont need to feed them in veg and if I dont flush the soil when I go into flower they start burning up. FF is HOT!

so what do you do different in veg than flowering, because if they dont burn up in veg than switching the light isnt going to make a difference.
