Hi I am a first time grower and wanted some opinions. I have these 3 plants and wondering how they are doing. They germinated 6 days ago and have been in the soil for 5 days. I have a 26w cfl with 6500k temp and 2100 lumens. You cant really tell it from the picture but the 2 bigger ones are leaning quite a bit. Does everything look normal here for 5 day old plants? Thanks alot, Bris

also would like to add this is unknown bagseed. does that increases or decrease any chance of sex or does it generally stay 50/50 no matter?

Stays 50/50.. or maybe the bagseeds mother was a hermie so there are higher chances for them to be hermie too..
Try using some more watts in there..

they flower bud until they self pollinate and then they stop producing thc..
you don't really want hermies.. you want just females.. that's what you should be aiming for at least..

cool thanks... is it possible to just remove the male parts to keep it from self pollinating? and is it just me or do they seem to be slow growers?

they look just fine for 5 days..
and they are bagseeds so you don't really know what strain it is, and how fast is it growing..

you can remove them, yes.
but there are big chances that you might spread pollens while trying to do so..
don't think it's that easy.. just make sure you don't stress them so if they turn out to be female they stay that way..

Ok well that is reassuring. I feel like I go and check on them every few hours. LOL i am just really excited to bring life to a plant that i so dearly love. Nothing wrong with a little visitation time right?

mm nothing harmful..
but don't kill them with your love.. check on them a few times a day.. but don't mess with them too much.. just let them grow..

My girls are at my girlfriends house so i see them once a day or every two days.. it's good because i can actually see them growing..
if you check on them every hour they just look the same /:

Thought I would give a little update and take suggestions for improvement. They are 8 days old now. The one on the top left(the second biggest one) is concerning me a little bit.

welp 10 days after germination and my 3 little ones have made some good progress i hope. upgraded lighting to 3 26w cfls and have one dedicated to each plant. transplanted yesterday and have seen no bad signs as of yet. opinions/criticism and questions are welcomed I want to make sure im on the right track to my first grow.
