ok..........
i think and its only my opinion that your plants are stretched as lights to far away and why are you topping and going straight to 12/12 are you not going to let them recover at all ?
they look skinny ????

my opinion - your plants are 100% stretched they have very poor root formations - do you have a fan blowing on the softly an OSC fAn? if not you need to get one -

you need your plants to be around 20'' from HPS light - they are WAY to far - put some stuff under neath them if u can lower ur light - DO IT NOW RATHER THAN LATER - TRUST!

The more node intervals a plant has, the more buds it makes - the taller the plant the less it has, the shorter the more bushier and the more nodes it has in (indicas anywayz)
if you growing sativas this is different - your plants wont produce much weed the way they are now - i would move the light to 20'' and veg for another 2 weeks and go big on the nutes

just my 2 pence worth buddy

England123 is right. The height isn't too bad considering their age, but they are much too scrawny. I can see you getting maybe one oz. dried bud from the lot.

Part of the problem isn't your fault. These guys have the classic sativa bagseed look. So the general lankiness, long distances between leaves, is in the plants' genetics. But, you have to do something about your light set-up. You need more watts to make the plants fill in those big blank areas on your plants. Weak lights = weak buds.

If you can't drop the light you should put the plants on booster seats to get them closer to the light. Remember -- at 4 feet a plant gets only 1/4 as much wattage as it does at 2 feet. I stack 3 or 4 upside down pots underneath my plant pot and just remove a pot or 2 as they grow toward the light. Rest your palm on the part of the plant closest to the light. If you can feel heat on the back of your hand then that is too warm for plants. I try to keep mine 6-12 inches from the light during flower mode.
