just popped a WoS Afghan Kush Ryder and a Dinafem Could #9; going to do 20/4 with CFL, then when the kush is done I'll switch to 12/12 for the cloud 9.
currently I am having issues with germination:
did both seeds in shot glasses of water put on top of my base board heaters
both sank after a few hours; next day the kush started showing tap root, so I went ahead and planted both seeds in the final pots they will grow in.
That was 3 days ago, and still no sprouts.

Should I have them under lights now or keep them dark and warm until they sprout? I currently have them in a dark spot next to the base board heaters keeping the pots just shy of 70F. Should I move them into the grow box and turn the lights on or wait will they sprout?

i always just take a plate lay a paper towel down throw the seeds on it throw a piece over top then lay another plate on that and set over my dish reciever wait for germ throw them in soil and put them in my box and shaboom got 18/20 germed this way

For sure . Feel free to drop by my thread or send me a message any time. Currently I'm growing one Easy Ryder in my PC case and I'll be starting up between one and five plants (haven't decided yet) in a closet grow tent as soon as I'm back from visiting my girlfriend and her fam.

ok guys i want your opinion on this grow i have. its a lowryder 2# 8 days old my problem is its outdoor atm (summer)but only getting around 16hrs light. do u think im better off putting it inside under 20/4 with my cfls(134 watts) or keeping it out in the sun for only 16 hours?

Sup scg""" id say given yr location ( land of oz) 16 hours of that sun would far outpower 20 hrs of a134 cfl''' iv grown on 18/6 and they do absoloutly fine, so 2 less hours in the good sun sort of speaks for itself... Theyl do well buddy... wonder what watt the sun is??? now if we could harness that power wed all have monster crops..

If i remember rightly, the amount of energy that reaches us from the sun is roughly 100,000 lumens per sqare foot around the equator. It then gradually decreases as you near each pole

Whats up y'all! Im only part of the way thru this thread&have a ? I read "make sure ur seeds are proven auto"?? I bought some nirvana shortrider auto /fem, how do i find that out w/out growing them? Not meaning to be an idiot,but i dont get that.other than talkin' w/you guys,i dont know how to find that out. Thanx fellas.

So I'm thinking about picking up Automaria II from Paradise while the Pandora (auto) promo is going on at Attitude. They are both brand new so I doubt many people have grown either of them yet, but has anyone grown Automaria I? Results?

It's actually the alternate album cover to Tool's Aenima in 1996. The album was dedicated to comedian Bill Hicks who died of pancreatic cancer the previous year. There are several lyrical references to Bill Hick throughout the album. Arizona Bay (ie "learn to swim, see you down in Arizona Bay") is probably the most well known. The idea was part of one of Hicks' acts.
