OK, so I added two more side lights for the other side of the room as well as the netting for that side of the room as well. I am getting my new 600, or possibly 1000 watter this coming week sometime. The seeds are in the dome hopefully popping any day now. By the time they sprout get big enough for me to take babies off, I am looking at two and a half months before I am putting the TD and KK in the flower room right? I think I might look for some clones tomorrow to put in the system as a test run. The room should be ready to rock in a couple days anyway. Check out the new pics

You should be able to take your clones earlier than that

she would only need to Veg for a few weeks to be big enough to take

a good amount of healthy clones. When i say a few weeks i was thinking

along the lines of 4.

Negative. You want the screen about 12" above the top of your medium. That leaves room for watering. Since you won't be able to move the plants, I used to place my soil pots in 10x20 trays to collect run off. Check out my sig, my link is to a grow I'm currently on, two Bubblelicious seeds from Nirvana. The plants are going nuts under my screen. They actually like it. I only topped once and the plant is handling new growth tips every day. I seriously believe that I can fill my entire screen with just one plant.

I vegged 6 weeks believe it or not. I topped it to get 4 colas early on and it was slow to recover but definately did the job. I use a 400 watt MH to veg. This plant had the widest fan leaves I have ever seen it's really cool looking. I don't have a lot of pics of her in veg here's what I have. It was the last plant ready to be topped, and buds started pretty slowly but has been plumping up pretty fast. If the smoke is as good as it looks I'll be happy.

The time has come, I just bought my new 600 watt HOrtilux bulb, my Digital Lumatek ballast and my yield master 2 air cooled reflector. GOing to put them in the room today. WOOO HOOO, will update with pics

Congrats! Have fun... I remember the day my 600 arrived.... I quickly got online and ordered spare bulbs and a new hood. :)

went to my local hydro store, they pay the tax, and give me 15% off. even discount hydro can't touch their prices. Anyway, so now I have two 400 watters on one side of the room, and this new 600 on the other side. With the screens set, floros on the side for moral support. Looks like we are close to being able to rock and roll. I am going to finish the door today, put this light up, and turn it all on to check the system, and take pics for everyone to see. Peace in the Middle East.

View attachment 1385594View attachment 1385595View attachment 1385593Just installed, the new 600 watter, I now am running 1400 watts plus the floros, I have a pretty good lumen output the 600 and one of the 400's is aircooled. The babies are all doing well. Hopefully I could put the girls in soon. I am hoping once I put them in there I could get the canopy filled in a couple weeks. I am worried to try DWC, I do not want my girls do die. I think my room will get the best and fastest harvest with dwc though. Any suggestions? Also I have three strains, Tangerine dream, kings kush and afghan kush special. I need help deciding how to lay the room out.

NO problem whatsoever. I put them in 1x1 rockwools in my dome. they cracked in two days, and they are now all about 2 centimeters high. Didn't use any nutes just plain ole water, and I squeezed 90% of the water out of the cube.

That's what I like to hear. I saw another thread bashing BF genetics and I was like, wtf? seriously? You don't win cups that way. I'm really looking forward to growing the TD... I love citrus...

I'd like to see it mixed with a heavy indica....

I hear Afghan Kush special is awesome for scrogs.

So if I am doing dwc buckets, do I need a PPm meter?
