that plant looks very small, what kind of light you using? Soil? looks like your soil might need some perlite or something. jmo and no offense.

that tin foil isnt the answer, go to walmart and buy an emergency blanket for $5, its mylae that is better then tin foil.
Ya it looks really small. I would say you need more lights.

btw is that alum foil? they say it causes hot spots and will burn your plant.
^fail not true

anyways the foil isnt going to help much but you can leave it if you like. more lighting is always a plus..

and good looking pot! i got some of those laying around somewhere :)

its only a 150w cfl, i know from reading i need more and will for sure be getting soon, and yea tin foil was the only thing i could think to use. like i said my first ever grow, wasnt really expecting it to even grow let alone say alive lol. the soil is just 5 dollar top soil from the hardware store.

I dont think its the light keeping it small, check my signature, that plant is only under 3 18" tube floros. I really think your soil doesnt have enouph drainage. I know how it is, I had a first grow once too lol.

I dont think that would help much, but it couldnt hurt. just remember next time to get a soil that drains well, and even add more perlite to it for extra drainage

you need drainage. poke holes in the bottom with a screwdriver or knife or somethign. if not you could end up with water just sitting at the bottom for a long time and it can cause your roots to rot < ROOT ROT

the plant looks fine. it's small b/c different plants grow at different rates.

make sure you have nice green leaves, nice green stems, no bugs, the plant will be fine.

the pot has like 10 holes in the bottom, like a normal planting pot. as long as you think it looks healthy enough im in no rush. i was just comparing my plant to others at this time in growth and it seemed tiny.
