In a small space it is much cheaper to just run more lights .CFL's are low buck low energy using little heaters .I electric heater would use 5x's the electricity I use now for the whole grow.

Check out the cost on 100w ceramic heaters for reptile cages. It could go in a light socket/hood, provide heat, and give off no lumens.

Yes those heat emitters are pretty cool , I saw them at Petsmart . I think using CFLS as heat gets overlooked because we train ourselves that heat from lights is bad . CFL's have a lot of surface area to emit heat from . 1 26w cfl can change my temps around 2 degrees .
I am maintaning temps just fine.I did see at Walmart they have a desktop personal fan that only pulls only 200w a far cry from the 1500w that small heaters normally pull.

Waiting on some warmer temps to pull the girls out for pics but , them girls are getting big .The canopy on the PE is easily twice as big around as the 5g bucket it's in . Today is 2 weeks flowering , in the past at 2 weeks I was lucky to have seen preflowers by now. And this time I already got bud sites in 2weeks . Seems with a longer veg period they are ready to explode coming off the 24/0 into 12/12 . I'm pleased so far .

Heading to the Nursery tommorow . Going to pick up some Liquid Karma or Bud Candy and quit using the molassas . It's a very cheap nutrient source for your plants but far from a complete additive .I'd like to see for myself if those products do what they claim.

I,ll def post results on it . I was doing some digging in Organics and read several people talk about using them and getting faster growth, and larger yields . I,ll trade in molassas for that . Hell even Subcool uses Liquid Karma .

One way I wont go is Vegan , them peeps use there plants for a toilet.

Dude i try to stay completely organic, seriously though the taste of organic buds and with out some crazy flush or flush additives.

I dont know i have been smoking on my own shit for the past 3 weeks and not one day has it not knocked me on my ass.

The taste every day is getting better and better with it also, i know when not using organics it does this also, but its not just your first hit either, the whole bowl until cash taste bomb. imo.

Agreed organic bud does taste great without having to do all the flushing bs. Mine has been the same way , I harvested on Dec17and the 27 . And have been like you smoking off it while it cures and man damn I agree the longer the better .I dipped into some of the best buds from the 17th last night so thats a month cure and it packed a noticable better punch than the stuff from the 27th. I noticed the taste retained throughout the bowl too after about 2weeks good taste and harshness (cloraphyll)gone bye bye .

I managed to pick up some Liquid Karma today and to my surprize Botainacare is doing 15%off all there nutes so instead of 27.50 got for 23 ! Also picked up some Dyna Gro Sillicone . Both of those products u can use all the way through and are considered supplements not actually nutrients both good Maintainance additives for a slew of different things. They also had Seranade its a spray containg the BT or BU organisms that eat the hell out of fungus gnat larve.
