I know there was there was a time were everyone thought the word was flat. If you sailed to far you would fall off the edge. Also I think there is a nasty rumor that POT is bad for you and will cause you to rape children and all kinds of bad stuff. These notions were support by a lot of knowlegable peaple.We have proof to the contrary for both of these claims.Why do they not sell MG in Hydro shops? Well because people seem to think you need to spend a bunch of money to grow pot. Last i checked Pot is a plant just like all the rest on earth. If you give it proper light, food and water it grows. It is no different than tomatoes, grains or any other plant. Growing pot is not rocket science. As a matter of fact it is more hearty than most other plants. That is why it grows all over the world. If you give it to much of any or all of these it dies. Yes there are better stuff to use and there are worse things to use. Bottom line I have not seen or heard any facts to support all the haters of MG. I have heard a lot of opinions and myths but no facts. Farmer i apologized about my "insult". I was out of line. I don't know what else to say on that. I have just asked if you had any data to support your opinions. You said you had a chem friend, i would think you could get info from him/her.

Tom you need to grow a thicker skin. It was not directed at you. It was a generalization. If that is all you have sorry. So i take it you cant get the info from your chem friend?

Is it ok with you that I have my own opinion regarding using toxic poisons on plants that are going to get smoked or eaten?

I agree the company is kinda rotten, as most are.
But the product is great IMHO.

Everything in fertilizer is a toxic poison, but plants love it in the correct amounts.

Tom everyone is intitiled to their own opinion. Please dont get me wrong. I used to think like you. I bought into the hype. Somebody asked me to come up with proof to back up my claims. I couldnt find any. All i could find was basicly what has been said here but no actual facts or data to back it up. I have watched grow after grow do really well with MG. I am just asking if you have this proof to please share it is all. You state you want to help people, then please can you come up with this info. I am asking for your help. I am open minded and can change my mind, i just dont do it because someone says so. I am not attacking you. I just tend to be really direct and people take me the wrong way.

Well I was actually following scientific method to the letter.

I posted earlier that it kills dogs that drink it, bat guano won't kill you dog if they get to your nute mix.

I posted the product warnings (From the manufacturer, right?) that state that if you inhale the chemicals in it, it can DAMAGE YOUR LUNGS.

And you tell people that smoking it is fine.

Here is a question for you: What exactly does the plant construct itself of?

Answer: What it is fed.

Pretty simple right?

You are smoking a construct made from poison.

I really cannot imagine how much simpler I could put it.

Orangic fertz in the same concentration an amounts are equally poisonous.
Your organic has the same "poisons" in it that MG has.

This is simply inaccurate.

Organic materials are metabolized by the - Organic Plants - in a clean fashion as they are organically derived.

Synthetic chemicals are not.

This is starting to get fun.

OK, you finally ask a legitimate question I think.

It is not specific to a particular product, it is specific to a certain type of organism. (In this case The beautiful and much loved Cannabis Plant)

When you feed anything to a plant, the plant takes it up. (Which is why we treat the plant and not the mites)

If the plant is not fully able to metabolize what it has taken up, just as in people, the system (Systemic) becomes a toxic environment.

That environment is what you smoke. :)

Of course, if overdone, organic ferts can create a toxic environment, though those toxins can be flushed if the plant survives.

Synthetic chemicals CANNOT be flushed as the are integrally combined with the cells of the plant, they are the cells.

It's Franken Food.

OK it is clear you are basing your statements on stuff you heard and not any facts. I have asked you numerous times to back up your statements on you opinions. Statements like You want me to teach you organic chemistry doesn't help your case. You have provided nothing factual to back up your claims that MG is bad. You cant. You know what, when I thought the way you do now, I couldn't either. Thanks for your time.

How can you grow a plant if you do not understand it's chemistry? (If you do not understand what you are growing)

A very simple lesson for you:

Gene expression

Everyone wants the latest coolest genetics right?

Why?

Gene Expression.

Or how the DNA expresses itself in the physical world, or what - You - experience.

When you affect an organism on the cellular level with harsh chemicals, you alter it's gene expression.

In other words, the buds may look good to you, though they are not what they could/should be.

And in fact they are synthetic.

I prefer real buds.
