What have you learned NOT to do?

From your experiences in life what things have you learned you shouldn't do again?

Having a hobby farm I've learned not to name your animals unless you're willing to eat a pet.

I've also learned it's not to smart to tell a cop he's nothing but the taxi for the detectives.


Everyone has those 20/20 hindsight moments, what are some of your more highlighted ones?
