Humidity should be alot lower, temp is decent, but too late now u should be all set. about 7 days and they'll be goooood

Sounds good, you want it to dry very slowly so some humidity is OK. Just watch out for mold (break up or loosen big colas, remember circulation and exhaust).

I disagree. I'll preface this is with I just harvested my first grow BUT, Jorge's bible says ~50% iirc. having just harvested and having my humidity around 20% I can tell you things were drying out too quickly (which we all know is bad). I bought a cool mist humidifier and placed it nearby my plants and raised the humidity to ~40% and it's going much smoother. Thats just my 2cents, feel free to chime in if I mis-spoke

I agree I'v heard 40%rh You want them to dry slow for best taste.
but like krok said "watch out for mold"

Curing is one of those processes that is environmentally controlled, and therefore EVERYONES curing procedure will be different. I just found this thread the other day. It really seemed to take the guess work out of curing, I plan on using this procedure in the next couple of weeks.:weed:

guess its worth a shot...what do you do when there are a million jars though lol just assume all the jars are the same humidity?

I think you can test multiple jars with one unit. Just move it from jar to jar and let it equalize. If there is a lot of consistency, than yeah it's safe to assume they're close to the same conditions. If there is a lot of variation, then there is a lot of work involved, opening and closing jars to get to the right humidity levels. Obviously it would take a little practice, what new procedure doesn't? But I like the fact that you have a number to evaluate and refer too, not just how the bud "feels" or "smells" that's just WAY too subjective, for such a wide set of parameters in everyones grow space e.g. (temp, humidity, air movement).

On a side note, I WOULD LOVE TO SEE A MILLION JARS FULL OF WEED!!!

thanks for the input guys thats what im going for is a slower dry/cure method its been over night and i just checked on them there still looking ok i havent got an exhaulst in there extracting air out is this a problem...my humidity has dropped to 40% now and temperatures at 20 degrees

dude if the RH is lower than 40% those buds will dry SUPERFAST, trust me.. last time around i raised the humidity to 50% for drying..had a nice long dry/cure, slow drying is always best, imo

This is the type of advice I see on the forums that pisses me off to no end. It is obviously from a non-grower, who shouldn't be giving advice, because other noobs pick up on it and spread it around and soon, they all think 40% RH is too high to dry in....

Sorry, done venting :)

Your temps and humidity are spot fucking on! :) You my friend are in the perfect zone. I have no idea how long your buds will take to crisp up, but according to the 'expert' I quoted, 7 days should be it. lol ;)
