How to make the door or opening to the room?

How do people create doors in their grow rooms? I appreciate the great ideas on the ceiling, now I would like ideas on the door.

My room used to be a coal room. It doesn't have a whole door to get in but a small opening instead. I made a small hatch that opens into the room on the inside. It will eventually be finished out and double as storage.

On the outside of the area is a large base cabinet that runs height of the wall. So I open up my cabinet. Step inside. Unlock my hatch door, and then climb inside the room.
