ok so i just finished my first grow. my patients are taken care of. Can I sell to friends with cards or no? Then the question comes up can you sell it to a desp. with out giving them all your info because i wont sign up with one do to feds and the records. So please give me some feedback!

Michigan Law States that caregivers can sell only to their patients and can acquire from any source. It's a situation where it is legal for them to buy from you, but not legal for you to sell to them.

Grey area but if you want to be safe and smart about it then if you are a patient you could do this or if you had one of your patients do it...if your caregiver only you are not protected to sell meds to patients that are not registered to you, but again really grey area, nobody has been convicted of a crime for doing so to my knowledge - kind of a hard thing to get busted for if you did it in private anyways - keep it on the low cuz if the wrong people tried to get you for this they could potentially get you really good lol

If I remember correctly it is perfectly legal for you to give your friends a gift of free medical marijuana......and they could give you a completely unrelated gift of cash that just so happens to match the price of said marijuana.

It really depends on the dispensary. Some will take an appt to look at your meds no matter what, but theres a few where you need a membership to get past the secretary. Either way it's not really a big deal, and staying away from dispensaries because your are afraid of the feds is stupid silly. For example The People's Choice in Ann Arbor has over 1700 members, and they are just one dispensary of many in Ann Arbor. Do you really think the DEA is going to come in the middle of the night round up the probably near 10,000 dispensary members in Washtenaw county in the middle of the night? America is in bad shape but we're not quite there yet, this isn't Nazi Germany. I highly doubt they are going to start rounding up all the potheads in the middle of the night and send us all off to concentration camps. There's safety in numbers, please stop buying into the fearmongering.

what he said. people give themselves more credit than they are worth, if you aint the tony montana of caregiving you probably have very little to worry about... how many federal raids have came down on dispensaries in michigan so far?
