My Hubby is driving me Crazy!

He told 2 people at work that I'm growing. He's known these guys 5 years, but STILL! Also, he just hooked up with a new band, he's a drummer, and I know he told them I smoke, which is fine w/ me. But, now I'm wondering if he yapped to them about my grow! I'd like to Gorilla Tape his big mouth! He better just have told them I smoke, I'll smoke them up anytime they want, but he's only known them for a month and I don't want anyone but me, him and my bro to know I'm growing.
Just wanted to rant a little, so I don't wind up in jail for strangling him!

ouch. i can say its hard not to brag to people that we grow the dank, but thats where i love this site. i can talk about it all day long without putting myself in danger. i dont know names, locations or what people look like, yet i can still show off my work.

Yeah that is a major fuckup when people yap about a grow. When you break the 'No tell, no smell, no sell" rule it seems like you always have to look over your back. I thought I could trust 2 family members and now I'm running into random people I know asking me how the grow is going! It's infuriating! People will go and yap their fucking head off for a 2 minute conversation that means nothing to them but they are risking people's lives. It's fucking retarded. I'll rant with ya! RAWWWWRRRRR!!!! =)

Venting is all good! My hubby has a big mouth but not about my grow - so far I am counting my blessings on that one. If any of his friends asks just tell 'em "nunya" or deny it.

yeah, 2 people.. is 2 too many IMO. Nobody in my town knows that I grow.. and that's the way I like it. If nobody knows.. then nobody knows.. you know what I'm saying? All it takes is one loud-mouthed person to start spreading the news.. and then BOOM! It starts getting into the ears of people that you REALLY don't want knowing.. and then before you know it.. busted.

If it were me? I would lay low for a while.. and tell your loud mouth husband to keep his mouth shut. Unless he likes seeing his wife go to jail..?

That's why, in my short 28 years of life.. I have learned that you really can't trust ANYONE. Sometimes, that includes family members. I know, its sad.. when you can't even trust a family member.. but sometimes things are better off left alone.. and kept secret. ;)

...loose lips, sink ships as they say. Sounds like you can't even tell him your business, that sucks. What he don't realize is, his "friends" may land their asses into some trouble...and your grow op could be their "get out of jail free" card.

...everyone trust someone, and I believe it's human nature to tell this trusted person exciting news, but not when it could land your ass in jail....how about you get him involved with your grow, then make him aware of the consequences...see if he puts his OWN business on front street. <<< ...and if he does, you've got yourself a dud of a man.

Its hard not to want to brag when you are pulling out buds that no one else in town is able to find... you want to say its because you did it all and raised this awesome dank... but like has already been said in this thread, that is why we are here! Tell hubby that he can shout it to the rooftops in here but out in that cold, real world he needs to put a lock on that trap of his!

Living alone may not be the idea situation, but it has a few benefits. There's nothing much you can do but vent and cuss his ass out, especially if you are not growing legally!!! Of all the people to tell, not the people on the job? I could understand better a close trusted longtime buddy. People talk and some things slip out accidentally and intentionally, so the less people know the better. Get ready to share because you know that is coming after harvest, we all like freebies. After the tips about growing one of the better things about these types of websites is that grower can "show and tell" and back up their words with their legitimate pictures. You can't help but to love him, he's so proud of you:leaf::leaf::leaf:

When we decided I was going to grow my own and not have to buy it anymore, he was the one that was sooo insistent nobody know. He didn't even want me to tell my brother, now he's the one who can't keep his mouth zipped! However, I asked him about the band and he swears he didn't and won't tell them. The guys from work, he hangs out with regularly, and they grow shrooms together, so I guess he figured they won't tell and if they trust him enough to tell about their gardening activities, he'd share, too.
