What does it take to have a growers card/care giver card?

I was wondering what does it take to grow a large amount of medical marijuana and sell it to a local dispensary?? Is it even possible? I live in AZ and im doing some research but no answers... Even if you live in other states/countries what does it take to do it there? Thanks

i do make good money but its full time job almost and alot of risk.. and the only reason i make so much is because i grow enough

Very nice set up norcali.. What are some of the risks? AZ past for medical mj and i am looking into growing to sell to dispensaries once they open up shop. My question is what steps did you take to accomplish your growing license?

just go to google and type medical cannabis doctor near your location. tell him you can not sleep and suffer from sever insomnia and you refuse to take modern medicine and you should be legit. the risk are that even the cannabis is now state legal, it is still a federal crime, so even though the raids have slowed down, does not mean that they have stopped..

Quick question norcali about your set up. Approximately how much is that complete set up you got there? I know that may be a hard question to answer but i really want to start a big grow but dont wanna chew more than i can swallow if you know what i mean..lol

If its state legal how can the feds still invade on something that is legal??

they can do it becuz they are the feds lol and my set up cost me 5k, but i got top shelf everything including a+ co2 control

So how do you go upon becoming a vendor? Is there a growing license? Or is it have to be an illegal grow? Very confused ..lol

because its only state legal, federal laws are different the the state laws

mongo frog, no i dont i just take the elevated hot air out with 10" vortex and pump it in to the master bathroom which is air tight.. the reason is because even though it goes through the filter, its still hot air which i dont want. my temp dosnt get over 76 degrees until i turn the co2 on

thats great idea, im not sealed yet after this run i really want to be. im just enriching co2 the best i can now. the more i think about it u have a awsome way of doing it. where does it go from the bathroom? can u use the bathroom? this is only my 3rd run with co2 id like to ask u a few more questions

yes i still use the bathroom. i took new pics check them out i just leave the bathroom fan on and a window in the toilete room open. you can ask me all you want i am here to better knowledge the world on cannabis

mongo, unfortunately it is a weird situation for us because i am in compliance with my county and state laws but if the feds come to me im screwed. to become a vendor i simply started networking in the right areas, and eventually meet club owners and explain to them in a professional manner that im here to do business. its as simple as that

Federal law supercedes State law! All Federal laws have priority over State or Local laws. That's why the F.B.I. always "Takes Charge" whenever they interact with local police!

However, that being said, Obama has orderd the DEA not to hassle people who are growing and using "legal" MMJ (in those States where it is legal).
