Idea for a new light!

As i was walking down the street today i came across one of those turning signals with the blinking yellow lights. It just happend to be so low that i can untwist the top off and take the bulb. whill this bulb work for growing? its the yellow flashing ones that are in traffic lights

no the lights are about 4ft from the ground, and they would be easy to take, u just unscrew the top and bam the lightbulb is right there, and if i get caught, i could run through the Railroad tracks that just happends to be about 10yrs away! but the question is, is the light bulbs good to grow with ?
