cannabis club riped me off for 1400 please help

I have vended to this club a couple times its in bakers field. I went in with a half pound and he didnt have any cash on him but he really wanted it and said he would put the money in my bank account in 3 days, i live in modesto and the club is in bakers field. its been a week tomorrow. i didnt get a reciept he just wrote it down in a book which other clubs have done and have allways paid me. anyone have any ideas of what i should say or do if he burns me?

Take him to small claims court. He'll most likely not show up and you'll get a fairly sizable default judgement.

Since you live in Cali this should be a legal transaction. I'm sure a court will hear your case.

show up there face to face as soon as posse bring copy of bank statement (no deposit) and exact notes on what when where, etc. keep your cool, you may be surprised, he may cough it right up. you did have any agreement// hold him to it. did u really give him yer acct number? maybe i misunderstood. receipt always, in any business... reasonable request, especially w/ consignment.

well man like you said it was pretty dumb of you but hey live and learn.....try to settle it in a civil manner first.....and if that dosent work like juicy fruit said grab a baseball bat find where he lives and take out 3,000 dollars worth of aggression out on his property, have an air-tight alibi(that is key) and when the cops try to question you about it(because if you do go about the legal way first your going to be #1 suspect)tell po-po's hey if he ripped me off how many others do think this happened to?......it worked for me ! haha except i was only ripped off 100$ and I caused over 1,800$ worth of damage....I'm not a force to be reckoned with and I felt pretty damn good afterwards shit I still feel great about the situation till this day hahaha
