I painted the inside of the case white im putting the computer case inside a cardboard box so no light can get in or out. Im planting the germed BagSeed tonight(In Miricle Grow), i will be putting the timer on a 18/6 light scedual going on to 12/12 for flower. i made a wire screen (something like #) i will attempt to top/scrog the plant to keep it short because of the reduced space. This is my expermental plant just to see if i can get anything(even male) to flower. Any advice would be great i've read the forms for awhile and decided to try something out Im limited to scavanged household items please take this into consideration, Thanks to everyone who gives advice. I will update my progess every few days.

id chuck another light bulb in there just to be safe, you can get a socket Y splitter for 1.98 at menards, that bulb only puts out 800-900 lumens

23 watt cfl = 1600 lumens/square ft. You want a good 3000 lumens per square ft. minimum. 1-42 watt cfl only gives off 2600 lumens, either way; you're going to have to add another light to produce.

Shangeet I have seen that video and despite how impressive it is that he made a plant like that in that size container nonetheless one must ask, where is the proof? Perhaps it is possible using some kind of miracle nutrient but for the most part without evidence of something that most people find so difficult to believe due to their experience is a difficult thing to convince people. Wow I am kind of stoned and hoping my statement made sense. Not saying it's not possible just saying I've never seen anybody do it and show their work.

Second of all I agree on the minimum lumen's and more is always better, but don't expect to much crop without the most light you can pull off in that box. If you pull off the light right in the compact area you are working with even though heat builds quickly it can also be exhausted quicker due to a lack of cubic feet of air needed to circulate. And finally it is such a small area the light will bounce naturally so the higher the watt's the better as your light footprint should be close enough to even if you hang the light's vertically. To reiterate you'll need at least 50 Watt's in there in my opinion.

Added another light i now have 2 26w CFL's 6500k, temp stays around 76f alittle on the dry side it seems but i could be wrong, added ice cube in small try to help)any other ideas on how to check humidity?)

*Remember inverse square law for your light. You can grab a digital thermometer/humidity tester at your local hardware or hydro shop. Keep your soil a little moist. 2 smaller pots would probably help in that size space.

2-4wks, the longer the better...id say 4weeks, im no experienced grower...its just what ive gathered

the 26 watt 2700k gives off 1,750 lumens...

Dear fellow growers,

i regret to inform you that my plants have died didnt check them over the weekend, came back to find sad shrivled remains of Patrisha and Shiva i also saw that the leaves had white spots on them indicating an Iron deficenty? will start another grow this month.

damn, should germ tonight and plant tomorrow...thats what my plans are....mine are germed...3 pop corn seeds was 4 but after 3days only 3germed...which is fine in my book...killer smoke man...and.....came free...with purchase of product lmao
