It's definitely a Manganese or Potassium deficiency.

Manganese deficiencies start with the top leaves and work their way down, but it does look like Manganese. If your top growth is lush and green, it may not be Manganese. I agree with YMB.... However make sure to flush well before starting to work on resolutions. You don't want salt build up or PH lock out to be the reason for the problem and all the time, sufficient nutes were in the medium, just locked out.

This comes out of the ABUSE handbook....
"Having plants that are deficient in manganese can turn the young leaves into spotted (mottled) yellow and or brown areas on young leaves. Dead (Necrotic) yellow spots form on top leaves, while the lower older leaves will or may have gray specks and or spots. Symptoms can include yellowing of leaves while the leaf veins can stay green. Can also produce a chequered effect. As the plant gets newer growths the plant will seem to grow away from the problem, that’s why the younger leaves may be unaffected."
Both pictures exhibit leaves that have yellowed or are yellowing, yet the veins are green or are the greenest part of the affected area. The mottling and spotting also looks spot on for a Manganese issue.
This information is provided regarding Potassium problems...
"Don’t get this deficiency confused with iron, because it almost acts like iron but to tell the difference in the two is: for potassium the tips of the leaves curl and the edges burn and die. Older leaves may show a red color and leaves could curl upwards. Dead patches (Necrosis) can happen on the margins of larger fan leaves thus, the leaves will eventually die off and turn brown. The Older leaves will show different patches of color (mottle) and turn yellow between the veins, following by whole leaves that turn dark yellow and die."
I'm not saying it can't be a potassium issue, it is possible, but from the Abuse handbook information, I'm going with Manganese.....

It can be EITHER a ph problem OR salt build up...
Here read this: NUTRIENT PROBLEMS
And even if they are 10 gal pots if you want to fix the problem, you should probably flush to be sure.

ok i justy wanted to let you guys know that it was a manganese mixed with magnesium def. i found this out by foilar feeding with epsom salt and also doing a root feeding. i notcied that after that the leaves stopped getting spots and stopped curling and dieing. they were curing in an upward direction which hinted towards magnesium and the leaves were turning a really brown color that felt like sand paper before completely dieing. my buds are still growing and my ph was 6.7 so i didn't flush, no offense to you guys giving me the advice to flush. its kinda hard to flush with 10 gal pots lol. but i just didn't think there was a lockout. my ph is perfect. i really appreciate the help all in all. i wanted to know if the affected leaves will recover or not. should i let them stay on or just take them of, what do you think?

King Dank, what exactly did you do?I just pulled lvs off my girls to compare with yours and I have the same problem,I was told a potassium problem and a cal/mag defiency, I ordered both offline but they will not be here until Monday or tuesday, and my girls are getting worse.can you tellme how you mixed the epsome salt and applied it to leaves and roots thanks alot ,hate for my hard work to go down drain, im on my 6-7th week of flowering.

simply mix 1 tsp. epsom salt per gallon of water to soil feed

this is all to common, most seedlings get some nutrient burn if u r using any kind of pre-mixed soil w/nutrients in them. it should soon disappear, just keep ur watering to an AS NEEDED basis at this point, better towards really dry then wet
