2 Bagseeds at the porch (First grow)

Nice grow man. I ended up with 1 female too out of 4 plants 3 of which turned out male so I kinda feel your pain. I'm just as far along into flower as you are right now just over 2 weeks so ima follow your grow and see how close our plants look. God luck and happy growin!!!
 
nice looking plant sucks about the other 2 like i said soo you will have some bud to smoke and it will be well worth it happy growing
 
Looks good bro! Scribed until the end meng! Those AK will put you at peace for your next grow. I only used to deal with Fems, until I threw in some bag seed this grow. Should be interesting but keep close watch on your fem seeds as they can hermi pretty easily! One Love!! Deuce Deuce

Thanks man, upload some pics or something, it's fun seeing other flowering plants that are under similar conditions and about the same time flowering.
Im not taking pictures daily but she is getting fatter and bigger by the day!

If i get 1 toke from this plant im going to be grateful, anything more then that ill be even happier.
This was sort of an experiment first grow, didn't really thought that i would get all the way to flowering.

Thanks dude! when ill grow the AK's it most likely will be in an alot more convenient environment, and it will be alot more controlled.
Right now i have no way of checking the soil's pH, i feed her by looking at her, seeing if she suffers mild nute burns or just see if she needs some more nutes.

Yeah I know what you mean. Im kinda in the same boat not really. Just waiting on my tax returns to get myself an inline fan for my hood then Ill be set. Itd be nice to have a ph for the soil and water but I dunno Ive been growing for a bit so you can tell when your plants are off lol. But I do need something for my water cuz I have mad salt buildup. Any suggestions? :bigjoint::bigjoint:
 
I understand you must be using normal tap water.
Just leave them outside for a day, any chlorine that was in the water will evaporate and the temp will be in room temp.

Buy a cheap pH kit and a pH down, most likely that the water is above 6.8.
If you got it too low just add more water until you hit the spot.

the bad stuff in the hard water can build up over time and cause seroius issues. I have seen it a couple times. ya gotta own a ph tester if your running hard water.

you simply dont want to use hard water at all, it contains alot of things not so beneficial to plants. and pH is always wack on Alkaline side. mine comes out 8.7pH. my cat wont even drink it. i tried using it on plants and it died very quickly. i suggest getting a filter for hard water.
 
This thread is the shit. The only thing thats not the shit about your thread is your Grandpa. Puts you down when you find your plants dead first thing waking up in the morning. I'm definitly looking forward to seeing some dried bud from that beauty. : ) Peace TH
 
Hey turtle, it's more of my girlfriend's father, but other then that the grow is going pretty well..
Fed her full dosage of BioBloom nutes a few days ago, and she's just doing great.

Hopefully ill take some pics on Monday when there is still light outside.

Yes, thats how many here call it.
Im taking the top off, just not taking a whole lot of it, only the new growth.
It doesn't really matter how you call it, the outcome is the same (2 tops) but i cause less stress to the plant.

Not necessarily, when you FIM your cutting about half of the new growth in half. When you top your completely removing the node. My FIM'ed plant had six tops instead of the normal two. But unfortunately it turned out to be a male so I cut him down. I think with my clones before I flower them Im gonna FIM one and see how she goes. I mean six tops for one lil girl!! Fuck yeah Im on that boat haha. GL though man.
 
Also doing anything to a plant that is flowering is gonna stress the hell out of it. Its always better to do it while its in Veg state and allow a week at least for the shock to go away. Topping while in flower is just bad news I suspect. But Im just going off of videos Ive watched and Jorge Cervanes Bible lol. Like I said good luck bro!

I topped a week before she went into flowering.
You just don't want them to put all their powers into new growth when they should flower..

When i FIM/Top i just cut the new node that is growing, so only 2 new tops grow.
