Can somebody tell me how old is this plant?
and why only one side of the plant is growing?
it was growing under 400W hps, almost died and now it is growing under T8.

2 weeks max i would say. around 10 to 14 days.
i have no idea but one of mine is growing pretty retarded to

can I cut the dead leafs off? or is it better to keep them?

they will drop off just by touching them when they are ready

I had a 8 mile seedling do the same thing - grew really slow and odd looking, matured about 16" tall and had a thick as my fist bud from the dirt to the top (54 grams cured) and by far the most potent plant of the bunch, and I mean off the charts good. I wish I would have taken a few clones but it looked so stupid and small I thought I might just trash it. Take a few clones when you get a chance, it may be a keeper

i think problem in lighting in the problematic portion and the distance... you may put the light approximately 1-2 inch far from the plant, you can actually let not touch your plants to the bulbs.... and what about the fan?
you dont need though...
if the problem is pretty fair the age is 7 to 12
or neither anyone dont know...
