ya make sure you hit the Monroe Street Fair in the Diag. at the University downtown, its a fucking big smoke cloud. its a $100 misdemeanor IF you get a ticket which you wont if you are staying between Monroe Street square and dont leave, like walk around downtown with a doobie, not cool.
My wife and I will be there and we come prepared with 40+ "J" prerolled and ready to go and to be given away, they also have great glass and all kind so of tshirts and other stuff they are selling, but the amopunt of glass for sale is amazing.

So get this... Four days ago i go and buy a new Canon T2i HDSLR to take some nice pics of buds and all my new glass thats came/on its way and what not(amongst other things). Well as it turns out, today im browsing canons website for the first time ever. And it turns out two days ago canon just announced the release of a Canon T3i, which happens too be only $50 dollars more than my T2i that i just bought. I wouldn't really give a shit as the T3i is basically a remake of the T2i, But now the one and only thing that i can complain about on my T2i was just fixed on the T3i, And that happens to be the 160 degree swivel LCD screen for shooting Video. So basically now i get to go back to bestbuy tomorrow and return this T2i and wait 3 weeks til the new one comes out haha. So no more contributions from me in here for the next few weeks =P

it's all goodmy cannon rebel is years old.. works fine.. you have to take shots through the view finder though.. no video..

I think on the T2i you have to take stills through the viewfinder rather than on the LCD, I believe only when recording video is shown on the LCD in real-time.
I want a Canon 7D. Mmmm.... Drool.

you can snap pics with the LCD on the t2i, you don't have to use the viewfinder. =D
Haha yeah I'd love a 7D but fuck I can't drop that kinda cash on a camera. A grand was a little too steep for me already.

I was looking at getting a used one, because a lot of film makers will buy a 7D shoot a film on it, then flip the camera to recoup some of the overall expenses from their shoot.
And cameras hold up in quality pretty damn well.
