Worried that one of my seeds died

okay so i have a 400w hps lamp going on 18/6 with 2 lowryder #2 seedlings under them. I germinated them in water and planted them. i water them daily but the water gets very dry quickly. One of them have sprouted and i can see a little bit of it but the other one, nothing happened. all i see is soil. What do i do? should i dig it up? its been about a week since i planted

I'd say don't dig it up, and just wait a little longer. I made the mistake of digging mine up and it was growing fine, till i dug it out .

Dude, don't just "dig" up the seed. You need to carefully moved the dirt until you find it and see if the tap root is growing. I've done it before and all my plants turned out ok thus far.
