First grow - How do they look?

This is my first grow, and was wondering if there's anything i'm doing wrong judging by the pictures.

This one, i've topped a few times, then super cropped a few branches. Looks like a few new tops are growing.

This one i've topped and super cropped, again looks like 4 new tops are growing.

This little fella had a rough start, i actually thought it was dead, but decided to just leave it in there and sure enough it just started to grow, i haven't done anything to it yet, any suggestions?

They're all about 4 weeks old, not sure why the first 1 is the biggest. If there's anything i'm doing wrong, please tell me :).

They look good to me! What strain are they?
Thanks, they came out of a bag, a friend gave them to me. Supposedly they were from a local dispensary, the bag was labeled "Grand daddy" So maybe grand daddy purple?

They're actually around 4 weeks old today o_O

They luk nice... some reviews for you

i find it from my research it sounds good...

Strain Name: Grand Daddy Purple
Grade: B+
Type: Indica
Looks: The bud is magnificent in its color it is very deep purple almost all the way except for the occasional neon green spot. If you have had GDP before you’ll recognize these colors. There is almost zero hairs on this strain but the crystal formation is awesome on that purple.
Smell: Like most purple strains the smell is nothing really amazing. It is very hard to describe the smell and quite honestly the best way to put it is if purple had a smell it would smell like GDP. There is a faint sour smell as well but its really hard to distinguish it from the purple.
Taste: The taste is very smooth and somewhat spicy in a way. The taste is very short lived and has virtually zero aftertaste. It doesn’t have a sweet taste that sticks with you like other popular purps like Grape Ape or Purple Urkle.
Effects: The high is very calm and light but not so light that it doesn’t help with anything. This indica is a perfect medicinal pain reliever instead of feeling just numb like other heavy indicas it simply just makes things stop hurting and its perfect for headaches. This strain is perfect for anytime of day because while it does make you extremely relaxed it leaves you very clear headed.
Potency: 1-2.5 hrs

They are looking very healthy. For a first time grower you did a great top of topping your plants!! If you want to try my favourite method of increasing yields, try LSTing your last plant, theres a really good guide in the advanced cultivation section in the forum.

I'd have to call GDP a C+ on a good day. The problem with the bud is it becomes a couch lock and you'll hit a ceiling with it, wishing you could get higher and smoking the whole stash trying to. Good bag appeal though.

I'll actually turn my nose up at the stuff... It blew through the Bay Area a few years ago and lasted too long. The recent GDP replacement there now is Blue Dream. I've just had so much of it that I know where it's going to lead. A headache in about 3 hours and an empty wallet. Probably why so many cash croppers were growing it.

Grow it right and you might have something special though. Who knows what the father genetics were too. Could wind up being some dense fire!
