how long after the white haris come do uy start seeing buds?

the white hairs are the start of the buds give it a week or 3 and you should see some bigger buds

About two weeks from first sexing you will begin to see bud formation. So thats abour three or four weeks into 12/12. Growing shoots will be changing the whole time...........Patience. the hardest part of growing.
