Question for ppl who've ordered from attitude seeds..

Hey ppl, i've ordered some seeds from the attitude again;

pineapple chunk
space queen
sweet tooth

freebies:
Delicious Seeds -
Il Diavolo
Northern Light Blue
Sugar Black Rose

The thing is, I ordered on Feb 6 and still no sign of order. Im only concerened becasue last time i ordered I got it in ten days, and most of the ppl who've ordered got theirs in 8-10 day (in the states).
My question is; the tracking says that the order "has arrived and left the Jamaica Queens area of New York and is headed to the destination."
How long after you guys got this message did it take for you to get your orders?

We are in a state of heightened terror alert. With the mail bombs and now a riled up middle east, customs is being extra cautious in the screening. Doesn't mean your stuff isn't getting through, just means parcels are backing up while they scrutinize, so stuff is getting delayed. Give it 14 working days and you'll probably have your souvenirs.

yah, i agree completly with serapis, big surprise there i know, .. anyhoos, i never even waste my time looking at the tracking info on the usps site as its usually about worthless imho, and only manages to get you more stressed out than anything elsle.
i am waiting on two orders from the tude, and just got one last week or two..

about 1-3days after I see that. usually 2, but I am east coast. I'm in the same boat as you ust waiting for them to hit my state. Maybe we both will get them tomorrow or saturday

I was thinking that the horrible weather across the country thats been holding things up, but I didn't thing about the middle east thing. Damn.
Well now I hate arabs.

Damn 2 months! Shit..
So anywhere from 2 days to 2 months... Well, I guess i'll just be happy if I get the damn things at all. I trust attitude tho, so if i dont see anything in 2 weeks i'll probably call them. thank you folks

So i looked up international mail delays on google and heres what i came up with.
USA
 Start date: 1st February 2011
End date: 15th February 2011

The disruption to postal operations caused by adverse weather conditions has ended, and normal operations have resumed.

 Start date: 18th November 2010
End date: Ongoing

Update 15th February 2011:

The United States Department of Homeland Security is continuing to require increased security measures for items carried on passenger airlines. As a result, some mail entering the USfrom around the world, and including the UK, that would normally be sent via passenger aircraft must now travel by other means, including ships and cargo planes.

Most items, including personal letters and cards, magazines, CDs, DVDs and lightweight packets, will be delivered in the USwithin a few days of posting. However, there are delays of about two weeks for some heavier packets. These delays are currently affecting stamped items, franked items, and items posted under contract, with the exception of Destination Sort and/or M-Bag items.

Royal Mail is very sorry for these unavoidable delays. We have implemented a number of contingency plans to ensure as much of our customers’ mail reaches the USas quickly as possible and are continuing to work to minimise disruption to our customers, whilst ensuring we comply fully with the USdirectives and regulations.

hey I'm from aus and ordered seeds about 3 weeks ago from attitude and haven't seen em yet usually get em in 2 weeks but says can take upto 28 days so I'll keep waiting

I ordered mine Feb 6 and USPS tracking says:

"We have received notice that the originating post is preparing to dispatch this mail piece."

Makes it sound like mine hasn't even reached the states. But I'm glad to read that delay notice, I was kinda getting worried. I've never spent so much on an order before. One time I got an order from Attitude in 4 freaking days, I can't even get domestic packages delivered that quick sometimes. I placed an order around Dec 19 which took 20+ days tho.

Don't worry, you should get them soon. Usually, it only takes 8-9 days for my orders to arrive, but my last one took 2 weeks.

Is attitude excepting pre-paid credit cards over the web anymore? or do u have to call them in? what is the most common way to pay for them?

They do accept pre paid credit card but you have to make sure the card is accepted internationally before you buy it. If I were you Id call them first to find out for sure what if any cards they take. I usually just pay for mine with a credit card (visa debit). I cant speak for anyone else.

I forgot to ask if you got your seeds yet. I assume by your screen name that your from vegas too.
