I had to buy a new timer because the hydrofarm POS i was using broke on me...I shouldve checked to see if the new timer was working too, because ive been vegging a week too long!!:wall:

so looks like i'll be phospholoading about the second week to try and tame these bitches..i'll snap some pics in a few hours..

ive also acquired the LED tent as well, so its all mine.:bigjoint:I'll take some pics of those as well. Im gonna change the res on them, and add some gravity and purple max. Theyre in the middle of week 6

The jack herer tent got fucked up because of the hydrofarm light timer, they freaked so i just scrapped that tent. Im pulling some more gdp clones, and that tent will be a LED tent as well..so far im happy with the results of the LEDs, they have lots of potential, and it will help me keep the heat down in the summer.

so today was officially the first day of flower for these babies...at week 2 i will phosphoload to stunt vertical growth. the leaf pic was taken to note some funkiness..I think it was a heat/pH issue...its been taken care of, and hopefully they will get their shit together.

the last is the gdp LED grow..I changed the res, and added some purple maxx and gravity to the mix. they have about 2 weeks left.

the pics are low quality, i had to take them with my phone...forgot my damn camera :wall:

Looking good smokey! Do you have Platinum OG under the hps and the LED's? Would be good for a side by side comparison.. That suck about your Jack Herer, what happened, did they just hermie to shit?


Btw how long does the Og take to flower, 10 weeks you said?

The POGK is under a 1000W HPS. The next grow I will use 2 LEDs over the machine. I have 6 of those 300W Stealth Grow LEDs..I bought them as a package a while back for a good deal, just finally started getting around to using them. Yeah the jack got all busted looking..I didnt see any hermie traits, but they were going back to veg while they were in their 7th week. That grow had issues from the beginning, honestly im glad i pulled it..Long story short..when i was moving i had to give all my genetics to a buddy..i had green crack, gdp, straw cough, and jack herer..the jack herer and the green crack looked almost identical...i knew he would mix them up, and he did..so the shit wasnt even jack herer, it was fucking green crack..and im SICK of green crack right now...so those bitches were going down one way or the other! Im gonna order Jack seeds from sensi soon..

the og takes about 10 weeks to mature..its incredible smoke..

Sorry its been a while since ive taken good pics, but i always forget my damn camera:wall:

The POGK is doing wonderful. They all look really healthy, and are thriving. I added phosphoload to the mix on sunday to try to hault the vertical growth, im starting to run out of room. All in all so far im very pleased tho.

The LED tent is doing fantastic as well. I added purple maxx and gravity to the mix last week, and i dont know if the nutes were old, or i added a lil too much...The plants didnt like it very much..but they are flushing right now, and will be chopped on Sunday. I'll take some pics when they come down so you can see the color and quality these lil LEDs produced.

As for my next grow in the 36 site, it's probably gonna be GDP again..Im waiting for a buddy to bring me some clones(blackberry kush, LA confidential) from Norcal, but he's a forgetful bastard, and hasnt brought them down the last 3 times he's been here..

Nice looking good Smokey! Those POGK's are looking big. What week are you in with them? Yeah the pics under the led's look hella good, frosty. From what ive ready the LED's seem to produce alot of resin, and from the look of your pics that seems to be true.

Mmm, both blackberry kush and la confidential are really good, keep me posted if that ever comes through, id love to watch that grow..

yeah i'll definitely do a journal when i get the new strains. The LEDs made some hella frosty nugs, but the overall size looks small..it barely looks like a 7g's a plant, and that would only be 1/2lb for the whole grow...but next LED grow i do, i will do some different things..this wasnt my grow from the beginnng...i sort of acquired it...

i cant wait until the kush start to get some nugs..i miss the smell.

how height do your led's hang im thinking you can get them closer...anyways im looking for some clones you got any mothers going? check out my grow!

we noticed in the beginning of the grow the lights were too close for the plants...i just harvested that tent tonight, and the yield looks less than impressive. It wasnt my grow from the beginning, but it is my tent now, so next time i will be doing some different things to increase yield, and try to master this new technique of LED growing.

well good luck with the LED grow. but its just years behind its time, no dout someday it will rule but as for now it just not worth the $ when t5 pannel kick ass

i dont know man...there are some LEDs that are right on par with HIDs now.. The LED systems I am are using are supposedly top of the line..My friend in LA uses the same lights, and he has amazing results. The clones should be ready in about a week, and i will use the same system again, with hopefully better results. LEDs produce more WAY more trichomes than HID, and the quality seems to be supperior to that of HIDs as well. PLUS I live in a very hot climate so these will also be invaluable when I am battling the heat this summer. All 3 of my 36 site will be rocking LEDs, and the only HIDs I will be using will be in my 4x8 tent with smart pots. But thats not for a month or so. Im gonna experiment with these LEDs until I have the system running to its full potential. In the LED user's UNITE!! thread there are people pulling over a GPW, so it is possible!! Just have to re-learn everything I know!

I'll snap some pics later on this week..i took some yesterday for my records, but there was nothing new happening...when they start to get their lil buds on them, i'll take some more pics.

Here are my lovely bushy ladies...everything is going perfect.

the last pic are my GDP clones that will be going into some hydroton Friday. It will be my first full LED grow..I'll start a new journal for that one and link it in my sig.
