true, but surely it will be easier for his company to find out he is intoxicated(drug test)and fire him(your revenge) than it will be to try and prove in a court of law that HE gave the guy the smoke? short of having it on CCTV its his word against yours, and he has already shown his disdain by reporting you to the police, therefore he is biased against you and any testimony he gave could get the case thrown out by even a trainee lawyer lol

i called again and the superintendent answered. i asked who it was and i knew immediately that was the guy so i said what you did friday was wrong, he tried denying it and i said its written in my search warrant that you gave the tip (total bullshit LOL). thats when he tries giving his reasons for snitching. at that point he tells me i have no foot to stand on, to sue him or some nonsense. i said im not trying to sue, i simply want to explain to you that marijuana is legal in michigan as long as your certified so dont you agree that you should make some effort towards finding out if the customer is certified before sending a gang of cops over? he said nope thats not my job. pfft, my point exactly, just do your job. at this point im really letting him have it, you wasted tax payers money and the quality police time to come here and all the paperwork, your costing the city money!!!! you think your doing a good deed but i am not harming you me or the community. he says is there anything else i can do for you? yes, you can suck my dick! click.

at some point in his ramblings he was saying that its still concidered highly illegal in the eyes of the federal government blablabla ...i said but you work for the county ...

i also asked at one point, you must feel bad knowing that my kids scared of police now and was totally shook up. nope not one bit he says. "you made the decision when you started in this business". what decision? to grow my own meds? your full of shit etc ..

It's a good time to let this one go. The guy did what he thought was right. While I disagree with his actions, he did what he thought was best. The guy is a plumber. If I had to smell mold and shit tanks for work then I would probably be set in my ways as well.

they could have taken me in for no door on grow room instead they gave me 2 weeks to get it done. they could have said something about my 5 year old being in the same room with a pipe. they didnt mention it. they didnt even search half my house, cabinets or garage. my point being is they came, they realized i was legal and they left. i have no concerns of them coming back.

where does it say you risk arrest in the law for not having your grow op locked? i understand that it says it must be, but what would they actually charge you with? imho their search warrant should have been considered null and void the second you informed them that you were a card holder, as the law states that when they petition the judge for a warrant they must disclose that information. understandably they obtained the warrant under the premise that it was not a legal grow op, but the thing is, they can call MDCH to verify your status with the program, though they will not disclose medical reasoning, and that is where it should stop. i personally would contact a lawyer, but you would possibly be discouraged by the possibility of retribution. also, imho the cops were extra polite, and non-intrusive, because they were probably well aware that anything they would charge you with would have probably been dismissed due to unreasonable search and seizure.

if they are parking out in front of your house i would take time stamped photos, maybe even put the front page of a newpaper in the pic for proof of how far beyond the original raid its been, and call a lawyer... that in my opinion is harassment via intimidation, and you and your family should not be subjected to it.

im not talking about the police. i dont barricade my doors every night for worries over whether or not the police are gonna kick it in. my biggest concern is keeping my family safe, it's one of the reason a lot of people dont know where i live these days lol...
