i check the runoff as well, honestly i dont check ppm anymore although i should, im focken lazy, but your soil does have some salts in it naturally to begin with and on top of that you do get nutrient salt buildup after awhile of feeding whether if be veg or flower, ppm just means parts per million nacl, doesnt exaclt tell you whats there, so you def buildup salts from previous feedings, i wouldnt worry to much about it as long as its green, growing well, and no bottom leaves are starting to yellow or look ill, if so id cut back on the nutes becuase that is high, but i think if you were going to burn them with it being that high i think you already would have, they must be tolerant to nutrients overall, hope this helps, pictures would tell another story.
