Ah, medicineman, I understand what you are saying. But it appears that water-boarding is shoe horned into the structures of this almost war, because it is not specifically outlawed by the Congress. An old friend, who was a Green Beret, explained to me that there are a whole group of these tactics that have been developed for this kind of warfare. Water-boarding is one of many almost tortures used by spec-ops for gaining information.
Perhaps when your buddy John McCain becomes Prez, all these practices will be outlawed?

That's all they have been caught with. Do you actually believe anything this regime says at this point in time? Do you actually believe in those renditions, that waterboarding or far worse wasn't used. How many renditioned prisoners have come back to testify. we must wonder what has happened to them. The most likely scenario is death. Dead men tell no tales. BTW, Vegas is a transfer point for renditioned prisoners. Unmarked private jets (CIA) fly in and drop off prisoners that are later transfered to larger unmarked jets (CIA) and flown to torture points accross the globe. This has been caught on camera.

I answered the question. I did not say it was the correct answer, just the official answer.
As a personal note, some people believe water-boarding is, or was, common. I think it was a very select few that received it. Also, if it were outlawed, it would still be used because it leaves no telltale scars.
Finally, I have seen the big white unmarked jets, with my own eyes. They are the secret everybody knows about.

It is a shame he is allowed to use the word "parrot". Parrots are intelligent creatures, which gr is not. gr is like a sloth. He is unable to understand what is happening around him. Because, like a sloth, he allows moss to grow over his eyelids.

I really figured gr for a young man because gr resorts to name calling and temper tantrums. gr can't speak with a clear voice, only cut and paste video links. gr can't spell. gr can't even write an entire sentence.
