I know this is an old post, but one quick question. Does your Designated Provider need to have the recommendation form from me notarized or anything else done other than him and I filling it out and having both our Drivers licenses copied on it?

Spend the money & have it notarized, it's more professional AND it's on public record this way. The notary is going to cost you some bucks BUT it's minute compared to the cash you spend on grow equipment etc.

it's not really that expensive, $25 bucks at my bank and it's done and stamped. guess it couldn't hurt. Just didn't want that much more exposure to my situation i guess. If it's not broke don't fix it hehe

My buddy & I had his done at a Mailboxes Etc. The lady told us she had done quite a few prior to ours but liked how official our paperwork was. Apparently she had done some pretty eclectic variations of DG forms including a napkin, WTF?

Technically the law says you can't display any medical cannabis or 'paraphernalia' in public. Blazing in the car is not something the cops even in Seattle would take too lightly. While listening to the scanner here a few nights ago, someone called in a guy on the hwy taking bong rips. In the background, you could hear 3 officers respond with their sirens on sounding like they were doing 125 to get there. Driving high is again technically illegal, but they have to prove you were under the influence at the time you were driving. That's pretty difficult. I fixed it, my fiancé does my driving.

If I may add to your great posts, as long as it is IN the Controlled Substances ACT (hope Nixon is getting butt fucked in HELL along with Reagan ) then if you DRIVE while UNDER the INFLUENCE of THC (and this can be in your body for 2 weeks after your last hit from what i've read in the last 2months since I got into this) then you are going to be under arrest AT THE VERY LEAST for DUI and more if you live in one of those " out for blood " RED states , specially the ones with heavy concentrations of bible thumpers doogooders

The best part is my Dr probably thinks I'm on a corner sucking dick to support my drug habit. She's ok with the Dilaudid, Oxycodone, Soma, Tramadol, Morphine and so on but put a seed into the ground right next to a fucking zucchini, and I'm a junkie. Can't fully blame her, she does come from a country where up until a few years ago, possession alone got you the death penalty now it's life.

I truly think the majority of anti 420 Dr's judges, and LE truly believe MJ is a dangerous crime-inducing drug. I did for years. When they pump the shit in your head for years and show you graphic pictures and commercials. It's hard to forget those images - UNTIL - you are old enough to think for yourself.

Told my Dr I have to take 6 Somas to walk during spasms (daily), can take 8 mg Dilaudid and still hurt but can cut that by almost 75% by using MMJ, she told me I had to choose either the weed or the pills; so I did. I am chosing to see another Dr.

About a month ago, I laid an ounce next to my Dilaudid (of course, I was a little high), I just thought to myself about how many people that 1 bottle of synthetic Morphine could kill and then I looked my my ounce and though about all of the movies I would laugh my ass off to smoking it. Needless to say, the weed won again. Peace guys.

I hate to even respond here to this specific post, BUT, I'm using the same "legal " meds as you, luckily my wife has always been a health nut that comes from a long line of Native americans and have always practiced holistic medicines even while they had TOP SECRET clearances with the GOV, they knew how to implement the "loose lips sink ships" as they worked in it. Anyways I digress , she has been a member of LEF.ORG a organization that fights the FDA tooth and nails in court, and she has always bought me stuff to try to minimize as i can NOT be with out VIcadin and Somma and 500mg Naproxens twice a day and my spinal injuries and both shoulder injuries are not as bad as yours (sounds that way anyways) I would look into alternatives like ENTERIC coated fish oil from LEF.org that stuff does a lot of the SAME things cannabidiol does , if i go 3 days without fishoil in high quantities, then 3 vicadins won't even help me, and the inflamation in my discs and joints. I share your pain and your unique insight that we medical users have in protecting what we see as a sacred need for MMJ laws that need to be kept SEPARATE from Recreational that should be regulated like alcohol, while MMJ is regulated like medicina. oops my Spanish leaking out hope my words are not offensive to you and your medical needs, it was not meant to be, and hopefully you are looking into taking Magnesium for your spasms as it helps
