Is this normal 4 weeks into flower?

These are the healthiest plants i have seen up until this point, these are some of the lower leaves, i took them off to take pictures and was hoping one of you guys could asses the problem im in soild using flora nova bloom about 500-550 PPM

Maybe it's just me, but those PPM'S sound awfully low to me for being in the fourth week of bloom. I feed babies ~500ppm...

fan leaves turn yellow when you flower you should be fine

At 6 weeks flower do most of the fan leaves start to do this?

no, 6 weeks in, the most of your leaves should look healthy. when ur a couple weeks away from harvest, the most of the leaves start turning yellow, gradually getting worse as harvest nears.

Going by which multiplier? 500 or 700?

This would all be so much easier if everyone used EC rather than ppm.
