Help w/ Barney Farms LSD

[Alabama High Test]

Has anyone had any experiences with this strand? I did some searching and didn't really find anything. It will be my first real indoor grow.

My Setup:
Currently the growing is done in a trailor that stays around 75 constantly with use of the heater. I currently only have a 75w FL grow light (purchased at wal-mart). I have insulated the cubbie hole in the closet with tin foil. (seemed like a good idea).


What should I expect? What lights work best for this strand? How should I ventilate? And does it really only grow to about 13 inches?

scrap your tin foil it can cause hotspots youd be better off with flat white walls than foil 75w cfl will do for the time being if its the right spectrum

Hell Yeah glad i aint the only one that thought the LSD looked good. Thanks I may keep the foil on for right now due to the fact that my soil has been wet all week and it seems to help dry it out some? What you think?

But will definetly note the foil and hot spots!

Make sure you have perlite in your soil to promote drainaage, learn patience in watering. Ventilation is needed for air exchange and also temp control. Your plant may grow under your light, but not gonna be great, especially in yeild. Good karma to ya first grow....

I just harvested one yesterday hydro drip bucket 6'3"H 4'2"L Let me tell you right now friend she LOVESSSS TO STRETCH she was veged under a 450MH 6 weeks to about 3'4"and topped at 4 weeks flowered under 1100watt HPS for 6 weeks where she stretched almost 3 feet then 1800watts for 3 more weeks did i mention yet that she loves to strech. She also loves to produce golf ball to baseball size nugs had a few nice colas on her as well any where from 6-11inches and about 1-2.5inches in diameter . She has a very distinguished smell none like i ever smelled before nothing like the real L.S.D tho no metallic smell there but very musky but with a sweet after smell Extreamly frosty compared to reserves privada og kush #18 which is suppose to be a high frosty strain the lsd beats it and this is from a side by side comparison. Shes a big eater and make sure to give her a little extra cal/mag from time to time that seem to make her foliage looks more luscious. Im drying her now and the whole house 1st and 2nd floor just reek and shes in a locked area check on her this morning and just looks like somebody took a paint brush and covered the nugs with a mixture of sugar and glass horrible explanation but i hope you get the idea If you got any question let me know. What the size of your room?? if you got a big enough size and can handle the heat of a 1000watt. 1000 all the way but a 600watt is great in penetration and make heat but not to much. Would be perfect for say a closet. As i did grow with 600 in a a closet few years back now.

The closet it will be grown in is not big enough for a 1000w i know. The closet is about 6' tall and come out about 3'.

This is my experience also using the same topping method. Be prepared to do some training or topping to control the height.

Just waiting to get the seeds. Trying to grow some I got from a hermie just to see what happens.....so far NOTHING!

yea ive had to grow from bag seed for 3 of my grows just as an experiment kinda.once u get the good seeds u get so happy haha.cant wait to get my seeds its going to be amazing.let me know when ur seeds come in,and HPS r def the way to go for growing.will be tuned in to see how this goes,and when i finally get a thread going ill send u a link

Foil won't burn your plants, that's gotta be one of the most repeated legends on this site, right after Miracle-Gro = instant death for weed. I've used both, my plants were gorgeous, yield was high and there were no problems whatsoever. NASA actually uses polished aluminum reflectors in their hydroponics labs, FYI. Has the same reflective index as good old aluminum foil (which is actually higher than mylar), just doesn't look as ghetto.
