I'm going into the 3rd week of flowering. My humidity is up in the high 60's. I bought a dehumidifier and put it in the closet next to the tent. Originally the humidity was way over 70 but has dropped 10% with the dehumidifier. I have a decent inline fan on the exhaust and a clip on fan inside the tent (DarkRoom 60) but this still seems too high when I read on here that you need to be around 40.

I live in a really humid part of the world. Any thoughts to help me out? I spent about 70 bucks on the dehumidifier. I read something about a bucket of stuff you get from the grocery store that takes humidity out of the air. What do you guys think I should do?

Any help/suggestions are greatly appreciated!

The big flower has 2 600 watters and the smaller flower tent has a single 600.
In the veg tent I have double 400's.

I know the veg tent sounds strange on it's side, but if you think about it, I have twice the room the tent originaly offered.
My floor is actually 4 foot deep and 78 inch wide with the heigth at 4 foot.

I lst all of my plants so the heigth isn't an issue at all.

That IS fookin' brilliant. Tents are the best, man. It would be hard to build a room, knowing that a tent could do just as well. Good improvisation, Buddy.

she is 8 weeks and 3 days,used a 150hps air cooled light and the ff tri of nutes,also used ffof soil,ill have some pics of the tent setup today.this is my first grow and i think i dident do to bad with a 150 hps....lol

Very nice plant. Amazing results for a single 150w.

Thats my secret..

I used 6 pvc "T"'s that were just a hair bigger then the tent poles and then got 4 pieces of pvc pipe for center and cieling supports.
I didn't use anything at the bottom, which makes it easy to slide the poles back and forth is needed.

I used 2 pipes across the top to hang my lights on.
With those 2 pipes I was still about to use the cieling supports that came with the tent to hang my lights from.


This is a view of the center poles. The one going from right to left is the original tent pole.
So you can see the top center supports for the lights and the leg to suppot the side.
I have the same center post in the front of the tent.

So thats 6 "T"'s and 4 pieces of pvc pipe.
2011-03-06 13.09.41.jpgLess then 15 bucks to convert what was a usless tent into a double wide. Only paid 70 for the tent so I'm still under 90 bucks..

I think I finally understand the pic thing so here goes...These 2 have been in their pots for 4 days now.They are from right to left G13 Labs Pineapple Express and Eva seeds Veneno both fem'd. I germed in a paper towel placed in a sandwhich sized plastic container and wrapped in a cloth towel, about 2 days too pop. The mix is FF Happy Frog 4:1 w/perlite. I am using technaflora's recipe for success. I mixed 3/4 tsp of Thrive Alive B-1 with 1 quart of distilled water. I saturated my soil and let it run off for a few minutes before placing the beans about 1/4 into the soil. I had covered them with plastic freezer bags the first 3 days to provide extra humidity. My lights are 1 90w Tri-band UFO and 4 6400k 35w cfls. My temp is running about 84 deg F and rHM is about 45%. My tent is 36"w x 20"d x 64"h all lights and the tent are from HTG supply.

This is my first ever attempt at this and I think I am doing ok, opinions please?

This is my first indoor grow. I'm trying the 4X4 tent. Here's a pic:

The speaker is for keeping the ladies company while the door is zipped. I turned the light 45 degrees to better accomodate the exhaust hose. The ballast is inside to increase temps inside the tent.

They are getting a bit big for the tent, remember the light really drops off as you move from the light. in my 4x4x7 I like to start flowering at 10 to 12 inches. they will get about 3x taller in flowering. So a 3 foot plant with the light about a foot above that oh and the container you can run out of height fast. remember you dont really have 6.5 feet in height as your hood will take up some space as well. If I were you I would top them and start flowering. Dont forget to root the tops you cut for the next round. Hope this helps. Good luck. Check out my set up in my sig

Yep I'm keeping the hood and height in mind. I think I'm going to top and tie them down. I just wanted some other opinons. Deffinatly gonna clone the tops. Thanks for the reply..
