Need help finding my lights

Hello everyone, I am finishing my setting my first homegrow operation. I have decided that I need a 150-250watt HPS and some supportive T5's. I am living in Europe and budget is rather low.. So I'd like to know where I can buy an HPS-150Watt online in Europe. I want to beat the local shop that is going to force me to spend 85euros/120dollars on lighting. Can anyone give me some online European vendors? U.S. ballasts work at 120volt so its important to find somehwere in Europe. Also I prefer shops that take cash envelopes - anyone got something for me?

Peace

locally I can get good CFLs (upto 300watt -real input wattage). I can't really afford a 250w hps kit (120$) that is the lowest price/wattage available locally[I am still looking though].. So I was hopping to find a 150watt-hps kit a bit cheaper on the net to set up my first indoors grow. Do you think I should stick to a 300watt CFL then? The disadvantage would clearly come down to the fact that it cant be placed in an ideal place to cover all plants(as its the cfl's nature to want to be near the plant) - and Im not to keen on the idea of placing many lamps all over the place. Everso it is easy to get 27watter. If I can have someones word for it I will go for the big cfl lamp but it would be in the middle of a row of (4) plants. I think it would work better with two lamps of those but money is too short(or rather its not even worth the money because I could get some serious hps with the same amount). I want to work with atami soil media that will cover nutes for 3 weeks, then I will veg and add some nutes for flowering in the sexing stage up to early flowering. I could skip the special media + nutes, but I will be playing with unknown Ph, and I may come across nute issues that my noobieness isn't up to.. I want to play safe and still get some hard bud if you know what I mean thanks for time!

Seriously just spend some money on some cheap CFL's for veg then go get that HPS!

Maybe you can find some HID security floodlights from a home improvement store? Halides are great lamps and you'd be better of with a couple 70w than a 150. Tube floros are nice too. Stay away from big cfls.
