Yes, but that doesn't mean one photon will turn them into hermaphrodites.Hello.

I have read that they flower even under 24 hours of light. I was thinking this could stress it and turn it hermy...
On that note, Would it be better to keep the light on 24 hours for more growth?
I do pay for my power bill..
thus said , would 12/12 lighting in flowering increase the chances of hermaprodite due to stress?

Go for 20/4 or 18/6, try to minimize the amount of light leaks to the best of your ability. When the plants sleep, you should be asleep.
EDIT: No, don't go 12/12.
