Should i water plant before startinq my 12 hours of darkness ?? HELP!

The rule of thumb is IF YOU DON'T WATER YOUR PLANTS WHEN YOU SWITCH TO 12/12 THEY WILL DIE

You don't need to alter your watering schedule around the 12/12 switch. You shouldn't even need to adjust the watering schedule even late in flowering. Remember to think of nature first:
"Hmm... In nature does it rain when the sun suddenly switches from 18/6 to 12/12 in a day?" The more ridiculous such questions seem to you the more likely your question is silly and you worry too much
