The Official Ghetto Growers Group

So i went down to the local hydro shop today, was well happy at how cheep mylar sheeting is lol. 2m by 5m for a tenner :-D so got loads. Got my closet grow lookin a lot better jow. Still need to make a reflector for the lights tho. Antly ideas or diy pages any 1 can think of would help :-D

Since you are a DIY'er check out Mr. Burger Boss's inexpensive reflector. He made it as a CFL reflector but I was thinking of using it as a larger hood (with modifications). His original idea has endless possibilities.

First time posting here in this thread, ive had it subbd forever, i just couldnt find the camera. but i def have a ghetto setup! check it out!

My setup includes:

~ (1) standard cloths washing machine(gutted)
~ (4) 3 gal pots
~ ( 8 ) 26W CFLs
~ (1) 5" fan
~ (1) cheap-ass timer
~ various required nutrients

so ya, ghetto as hell! but im seeing good results i think!
 
Those are great results anytime you grow your own gonja with limited cash spend is awsome. and btw u done a good job fiting that sativa in there =)

thanks! yeah the whole setup only cost about 50$ mostly just lights and nutes. the washer was left in my townhouse when we moved in! ide make a bigger grow,but i have to go stealth, my landlord is a nosey fuck. lol! how'd you know those were *sativa's?! good eye! ;) 2 mystery plants and 2 *Chocolopes!

yeah a couple of my other friends love my setup too and have actually looked for their own broke-ass washers! lol

thanks man! yeah not too bad eh? i know i know..i would like to put something more substantial down there but theres a big issue with heat for me, a couple other variables as well..this is just what i have able to work with.

i had thot about doing that, but i really didnt want to go to the extra trouble if noone would really care unless my plants weighed 5 pounds and glowed slightly in the dark lol but i guess ghetto growers can get a few props here too! since im only a couple weeks from the big chop, my next grow will get some face time ^_^

nice ghetto shit there DLHM!! way to go for the ghetto growers. heres a shot of grassy today out of the box, redid the fans to use only 1 passive intake and 5 exhaust fans, temp went down 5 degrees so far!!

thanks! very nice yourself! ventilation is something im a bit lacking in myself, i have a plan,but itl just jepardize my stealthiness..im working on it tho! and wow! what a pretty lady in your care! huge! * ide guess a 5 gal bucket?
