First grow and i have a few questions

first i just want to say im growing lowryder 2 because i have limited space and time.

1. ive never ordered seeds online and i was woundering if n e ones ever had trouble shipping them into the US.(also if n e one has any good seed bank sites id appreciate the info.)

2. next, since lowryder has such a short growing cycle would it still be cool to use flourescent bulbs for like 2 weeks and then switch to a hps bulb for flowering?

unfortunately for those of us who live in the US, we are forced to grow from the stuff we buy from our dealers. No company will sell to anyone living in the US. If you happen to find one let me know! I gave up looking. I am using seeds from some kick-ass weed I'd gotten from a friend from out of state. You can look online and even buy other stuff like pipes or papers, just no seeds or mushrooms grow kits. nothing illegal. Not even cleaning boxes or stations or hash presses, since these are specifically made with weed in mind. Sux, I know. I'd love to get one of those cleaning stations that even seperates and stores kif thru screens and everything. But no luck, the few companies I contacted said they don't ship certain items to the US. So again, why is it better to live here?

i have a contest right now where you can guess how many seeds are in a lowryder #2 bud and win them.

i bought my seeds online and i live in michigan.

I do recant my original statement. I found a few places that will sell into the US, I personally won't increase the chance of getting nailed by trying to (illegally) have seeds shipped into the states. why bother? take a trip to canada buy some seed do the condom swallow and come home, yeah, it's a little gross, but it works, the worst it can do is break, so you have a 'tough shit' time in the can. lol

if your worried about getting seeds shipped maybe you should reconsider growing.

not to mention the fact that just posting on a marijuana based web site is pretty much worse considering anyone can see what you post, only the seller, who is in a country where it is legal to sell seeds, will have your info.

p.s. under the controlled substance act it is not illegal to posses marijuana seeds that are unviable... unable to germinate. if the cops show up step on em. say there for specialty bird feed. also, if you use a pre-pay gift credit card, money order or cash they can't prove you ordered anything.

i use cfl's untill flowers appear. i have a grow journal going right now of lr2, also some pics of other lr2's i've grown in my gallery.

I grow from baggie seeds. I am not looking for the best strain in the world. am just tired of buying crap from a guy I don't know and if he ain't home when I need it I'm sol. If I ever do get into a place where i can buy it, i'll def. try to get them back. but, why call attention? there are many who don't think twice about it, I just like to be a bit more clandestine.
I know this is a public post;" I'm a pathelogical lier" "everything I do or say or think is a fancy in my mind" there I'm clear, now. lol
I'd love to be able to buy thru the mail. I guess being an older guy, I am a bit more paranoid than mosdt of the poster on here. hell just last week I waschasing a thread by a 17 yr.d old who kept on posting all over. apparently from the posts, you can't be underage ansd register on here, but he was. but then again, how secure is anything web-related? we all know... we just ignore it...

i understand being paranoid. and i understand the delema of buying weed. i have been in trouble twice for possesion of marijuana, and now, i do not go out and buy it anymore. in my daily life three people know how i get my pot... my best friend, my roomate and my mom.

as far as this guy and the seeds he wants, they are the best indoor stealth plant you can find (besides other lr x's) in my opinion, i made a filing cabnit for my best friend, who is president of our city council, that is almost %100 undetectable. the only thing that would give it away is if you pulled it out from under the computer desk and saw the power cords.

with carbon filters and hid cfl's, lr2 can take stealth to a whole new level.

i grow in my closet, the filing cabnit was for my friend, he grows about four in it.... i'll go to his house sometime soon and see if he's got anything goin on and take a pic so you can get the idea of it.
