man chill it is fine but next time use double sided carpet tape and stick on edge then stretch and stick opposing edge then tape sides put be careful that type of tape when it makes contact it is stuck i should have told u to snag some at wally world with the mylar my bad sorry bro

Where did you get that reflector what are the dimensions im looking for one that will fit my box :-)

Im doing almost the same grow!!!!! I might just end up for flowering using power strips with Y adapters and a bunch of CFL at the top then just use the clamp on ones like im doing now for veg. Maybe we can throw some ideas back and fourth. My thread lacks pics as of now the box kinda broke my pocket but here in a week or so i should have some up.

The reflector came with the 150w hps , it was only $70 from ebay ( HTG supply )

SO i redid my mylar and ohhhhhh yea , i think it looks soooo much better now . :-P

i put some on the bottom also so the light would reflect back up underneath the plant

i think i caught a case of o.c.d lol

last nights job was good but damn man u got that shit looking tight
all the wrinkles out

thats the only draw back to emerg blankets they fold them to fit in pocket
thats why i stretch the shit out of it looks like u did to

the dimensions are

22" wide
18" deep
13" to the light ( it really is 14" but thats practically touching it )

also with the pot that im gonna grow in drops it to like 9" to the light from the top of the pot

so of course thats why im gonna try scrog/lst

Well i just ordered this fan to use as my exhaust , but it wont be here till next week

i ordered an air filter with it also ,

But my stupid ass fucked up .

i went to place my order and did the overnight shipping so i could have it all tomorrow

but after i submitted my ordered i found out that the fan could not be shipped overnight and that it was only the air filter being shipped over night

W.T.F why would i want the air filter overnight but not the fan ( come on now )

i tried to cancel it but it was to late

So now i spent 20 fucking dollars just for a 2 dollar air filter to be shipped overnight :wall:

Im not to happy right now ..

well im about to go back to wal mart to get some accessories to work on my cab .

Man that sucks Try coolerguys.com if your on the west coast shipping is super fast got my order in just 2 days and that was ground shipping! The unit i got is posted up on my thread when it gets to stinky i will upgrade fans to a higher CFM they have one that is around 200CFM and should be enough to push air through a carbon scrubber i'll let you know if it works out. two thumbs up for double sided tape and emergency blankets :-)

Thanks my man , and im in N.C

Well i gained about 2 1/2 " in height by doing this

i took the hanging brackets off and drilled a hole in the frame that holds the reflector ,

i put the ( S ) hooks through the hole i drilled so i can hang it from their , and it gave me the extra 2 1/2 " .

im also thinking about flexing the reflector up also but idk yet ( well see )

Well i got holes cut out for exhaust and intake , im using my intake for my exhaust until my ac fan gets here

i also flexed my reflector up to see if i get better light distribution ,

also what would be the best thing to clean the little sawdust particles of my mylar

cool what did u do spread reflector out
u should only use damp paper towel or vaccum dont use cleaners will mess up mylar

Hey Goten, The cab is coming along nicely. Maybe since you have the cab all lined now you could remove the reflector all together? Also since you'd like to scrog, next trip to walmart check out the square tupperware containers and some black duct tape. Helps in cabs to use the space efficiently. I had great success with the 1.5 gallon and some lst.

thats exactly what i did , i just flexed up to the sides

i went over it with a damp paper towel but their stills little partials i just can not get off

i took my vacuum to it and it ripped the mylar i had to tape it back down .

oh last year when i was on i believe it was you that said that you grow hydro and not soil , ( do you still )

got a couple of questions for you if you dont mind .

new project lol , use masonry drill bits and break out the sawzaw with the masonry blade . ( get er done )

that is what i got my man , its one of those tupperware tubs

i got 2 of them , one i painted black and that is what the plants are sitting in right now

the other im gonna try to make my own little dwc system with it ( try anyway lol )

it looked like this before i painted it

also this is my first time trying to scrog so i just got to wait and see how it all works out

and their is no need for me to take the reflector out , it is not in the way , plus i do not have mylar on the top so the reflector is still helping out ;-)
