I would assume if they tried to kick you off campus you could take them to civil court fairly easily, and with any luck they would fold and settle out of court, an image like what your painting isn't too exciting for a university.

I would say, based on what you described, that they neither have the right nor the where-with-all to deny you involvement that you have paid for. If they don't have specific proof, nor specific guidelines dictating how what you did was illegal or prohibited on campus, they are going to have a very hard time expelling, suspending, or even giving you a legitimate recall warning.

Do some research on the papers you signed for entrance, and the bylaws and stuff. Make a case you can present to a lawyer if it comes down to it, but it won't likely come to that.

If worse comes to worse you can just threaten a lawsuit because just threatening is free.

Umm, sorry I should point this out, it is utterly hopeless to urge your professors to recognize the value of psychedelics. While they themselves may see them as good or benign, they would be obliged to take this into consideration in their deliberations and could infact be a bad thing to say.

The best way to make people realize is being the shining example that can use these substances and doesn't get kicked out for being over enthusiastic. Like if they searched your room would they find anything?

Best just stick to your story and try not to get in any more trouble. I mean its not really practical to be in flip-flops, a toga made of a bed sheet, eating pizza(presumably from a box) and walking sideways on a street at four AM. This is something people frown upon for some reason, but we must respect their boundaries. If you were so wasted you didn't remember your friend taking a pee but a few minutes after it happened, you were probably making quite a ruckus as well; maybe waking people?

No I wasn`t making any sound. Just chatting. The ex popo told me that a group of 3 boys and a girl passed by making loads of noise waking everyone up, and we followed short after as we were coming back from the same night out. We were unfortunate they were already disturbed and awake and looking for something to report I guess, its not fair actually they just took their anger out on me. Oh and I did ask the popo and he specifically said we were quiet. We didn`t have the energy to make noise!!

The disciplinary board tries to tell me my mind was fuzzy at the time but I`m certain I didn`t pee. Jeez, that bedsheet was held together by 6 safety pins to be the toga it was, taking a piss like that would be one to remember!! hahahhahahaa
