Im thinkin 30 but than again i know for sure 50 would PROB be more of a crisp image.. BUT if that were true than im sure people wouldnt keep repping up 30x.. I never seen anyone say "oh id get a 50x micro scope for your grow too" is it because 30 does the job and 50 fuckin NAILS the job? but for people on budgets theyd rather saving money over performance?

stfu i didnt even know there was such thing.. isnt that overkill cuz you can only see a small portion of the leaf?. i should do a 30 and a 100x.... 30 to see the broad field if i see anything wierd than switch to 100x to take the peak. sound good?

and fuuuck maaan I love how i get smarter cuz than i start to notice when reading books that the pros leave out all the small extra tweaks i know and realize which ones really care about providing info for a PERFECT grow and which ones just give you starter-advanced info..

like ppl rep out 30x when in reality the ppl doing that are using 100x lmfao hahahaha

(man try this fox farm soil! they run off to get a wierd brand soil that is BETTER...)

Haha, it's just oneofthe generic radioshack variable scopes. It has an LED and you have a focus and zoom dial, they cost a few bucks, really not that expensive. You certainly can't see as much at 100x but it looks pretty. I really want to get a USB scope :)

LMAO very well put friendly I use both as well, for me its just easier to spot under 30x and if you have issues identifying switch to 100x

Well it's hardly portable considering it needs a computer to make it work, but it kiks the arse out of a handheld if it's of any decent quality. I wouldn't mind being able to take screenshots of my trichs

Go with something capable of 100x, you'll thank me when it comes time to look at your trichs. 30x will do the job, but 100x rules.lol

You'd forever be running back and forth trying to take a good picture if that was the case, it is a microscope that plugs into your computer, it then displays as a live video what it is seeing. you can then either just look at it as you move around, or you can either through software supplied or with the good ol print screen button, save a picture of the trichomes

Who wouldn't want that hung and framed on their wall, or even printed onto canvas and wrapped?

hell yes! :) I like the idea of that kind of funky artwork. It's not just a big picture of a big plant, although that could be amusing if positioned correctly, but it's funky, trippy and alien and weird and i like it! :D i rarely ever bother checking trichomes, but i'd buy a usb scope to do that :D

I use Radio Shack 5x-15x loupe, bout $15. For trichs I use a 45x scope with LED, bout $5 shipped off ebay. At ebay type in 45x microscope and then look for the cheapies, it is in there.
