pics would really help....but first question...why did you transplant a 4 day old plant...thats if they are 2 weeks old and was transplanted 10 days ago...but to take a guess without pics id say lack of phosphorous...but thats kinda odd for a 2 week old plant...most soils..especially MG soils have enough food in it to last them 3-4 weeks....but without pics its going to be hard to tell

at first glance i would say overwatered and possible root rot from the lack of drainage...the roots are sitting in water and are drowning...theres no perlite in there to help drain the water out...mg organic has no perlite in it at all and if you keep watering it the water is building up in the soil..even if the top layer of soil feels dry....and depending on the strain that soil might be too hot for the seedling and its getting nute burn

Combo of overwater and your soil is to hot.
Let your soil dry out and feed them like a half a cup every three or so days. I neglect my plants a bit and they do better than when you give them too much love.

So u think they will die. I started germinating some bagseeds today just incase and if they live i will experiment with my new seedlings. im ganna start them on a 12/12 light schedual. oh the reason for transplanting them is they were in tiny ass cups.

if you let them dry completely out before your next watering id say they will live...its hard to kill these lil plants we love oh so much...but after a couple more weeks i would transplant again after they have recovered into soil with 50/50 soil and perlite....and wow..those are 2 weeks old...these are pics i just took of my experimental seedlings....they are 2 weeks old today also...

If you are letting the soil dry before watering then i'd say that its nute burn, mg soil is too hot for marijuana. I use westlands/west plus and even that is pretty hot. The leaves look dry and scorched, unable to transpire water probably from too much heat or too many nutes in the soil. I wouldn't fertilise mg soil until the plants tell me too as it seems to have enough nutrients for the bulk of the grow. Try finding a website called 'Mandalla Seeds' it explains soil growing better than i ever could, the grow guide is at the bottom of the home page. A question to 'Dj Ruiner' - your plants look great but you have some degree of purpling on the leaf stems, could this be from the soil nutes stressing them a bit? One of your plants is totally green though all over though, what soil do you use??

ive got one that has some purple on the stems...thats one ive had issues with since sprout...had deformed leaf growth and still does..but i also have low temps in my box for the last few days which could cause the purpling.but they in a soil less mix right now...peat moss and perlite...no nutes in there at all...i prefer to have control over what goes into them then let the soil have a say in what nutes they are getting and when...they just had their first feeding tonight...so any slight yellowing or purple stems should go away after a couple days...waited to long to feed them...i had to "make it rain" first

Depending on the strain and viability of a seed it has 3 to 5 weeks of fertilizer/food for a seedling to live off of. They should not receive any additional fertilizer or they will burn and when first fed a weak solution/ratio should be used.

Miracle-Gro Organic soil has both starting and slow-release fertilizer which feeds for up to 3 months.

You're frying your seedlings with ferts.

Re-pot them into quality soil without any fertilizer in it, let them recover some and then begin to feed quality fertilizer at about a quarter strength ratio mix.
