it's a ban on religious coverings of the face or something like that. if the law says it's gotta have some religious what not... then that's what it is....
unlike the UK and the US, which uses case law and precedents, spanish and french* law use an approach which focuses more on what the law actually says, than what a judge interprets in a court room.... *correct or incorrect?? not too sure....
haven't read the thing yet as it doesn't apply to me...

There has been refusal to comply in France.
Now I can understand that we use face recognition technology to track people in crowds and that a mask is undesirable for surveillance.
But is France correct in fighting Islamic culture by making clothing illegal?
Shouldn't the French Government be saying you have a right to take your Burqa off and keep it off no mater who tells you you have to keep it on?

It's really a tough call. (actually easy for me)
