Funny everyone must be blank for words my forum gets alot of views but no one really comments anything. Well for the one's that do i apprecate it i always try to pass the love back. These are my og/uk babys so far 24 of them still have atleast 12 more plus some gdp to put in cups.

I view every time it updates, but since I'm mostly a noob I don't have all that much input other than damn those girls look sexy. =P

looking at your lights makes me think about adding 4 per outlet, instead of 2.... hmmmmmm i wonder if theres enough space.. what ya think?

I made one with 3 trio fixtures. Putting 1 55watt in the middles and 2x 23watt on the outside ones. You'll want the whole canopy filled with lights if thats what your aiming for. I'm thinking of making another fixture using 4 quad fixtures for my 4x5x 3 1/2' room, since I need more grow rooms for my new clones.
I'd still veg with all 8 of those. I'm veging mine under T12, you don't need an extreme amount of light but it does help.

heres my fixture, its not done yet, will have a reflective backing on the whole thing. Have 1 1/2 weeks till I can put it in anyway since I have 2 shitty plants waitin to be clipped.

question for u cflers, i have this new 8 light fixture, for veg i dint need all 8 lights on do i? will there be a difference if i use all 8 vs just 4 during the veg stage? i know for flowering ill add as much as i can.

Hey, whatcha gonna do with all your clones, bro? I just put like 16 rooted clones into party cups, but I don't know what I wanna do with them yet. I was thinking I could just put 2 a week into flower and pull a weekly harvest, since I threw 2 plants(not clones) in today, I could start in a week and run the plants for 9 weeks each. I need to re-vamp the grow room before I can do that, but I bet 20 bucks worth of PVC, PVC fittings, and panda film will double my grow space for both flower AND veg. Just not till I get back from Vegas! Also, think it's a bad idea to bet so ambitious with the indoor when I'm already starting up with the outdoor season? I mean, I don't have AC and it gets pretty hot here in the summer...i dunno, just stoned and rambling, I'm sure it'll all work out just fine...a window AC unit might be in the works...

P.S.-Alternatively, I could just build a cab dedicated to flowering clones in little 1 gallon pots or grow bags...

mine has 5 light flanges all with 3 wyes in them for a total of 4 bulbs in each wrapped mine with mylar when i redid my box.

I read a couple of pages and then skiped to the end, so forgive me if this info is useless. With cfl's I have always had luck training the plant to grow in a circle perpendicular to the ground. It gives you an even canopy and let's you maximize the lighting. I went from growing 8 to 10 plants down to 4 to 5 plants. This time I'm doing 8 but i will flower under 1000 watt hps. I could get the same amount of finished product out of half as many plants, it is some work. The extra work only lasts a few weeks of their life though. Just an idea. Here's a pic of my current grow I keep everything low and even.

Your's look's good too. It's amazing what these lights can do. They veg so well but they just don't get it done for flowering. I grew cfl's for a long time, but once you flower under an HID you won't go back. As always, you gotta do what works for you. The best part about growing is experimenting. Train your plants to do what you want them to, and you will be a happy man. I just got done training my purple maroc, I tried to take some pics that might help you.

i know its the money part of it that i worry about i've been with out work for 2 yrs now so thats why im doing cfls my green house is just about ready for the spring and summer plan on getting 3 harvest this yr out of it

yeah its kewl have about a 1/2 acre so i have plenty of room just have to be careful cuz of thieves but i do have 3 pitbulls, a gauge & a 9 let someone try. so u live in what alaska or canada to get that much light that would be hhard getting use to

are you really not getting any heat problems in there? must be the amount of fans i guess- im lookin to revamp my box, much smaller one; thinkin of usin a window fan in the top now that you got me thinkin of it, and also makin a new cfl ballast thingy

any thoughts on putting a window unit in a window, and linking one fan to a four inch tube out the top of my box? the current setup makes my room an oven

my box gets hot yes on a warm day if its in the 70's outside it hit 84 why im planning on going outside very soon for the spring & summer & waiting for winter again thw window fans work great mine in the top has exchange air so one blows in other blows out

sorry guys that i haven't been posting updated been stressing alot about money even tho this growing is the only thing keeping me sane i am laying off smoking till harvest no money for any what sucks is its even putting a strain on my realtionship with my fiancee hopefully soon things turn around cuz this sucks try to do an update later

she's defiantly a keeper she dont care i smoke all the time with her sister my girl just dont smoke really anymore but she dont mind what i do i even got her a card so i can have that much more but me not having a job rite now and her supporting me is the problem thanks bro been so stressed
