In a word... money.
Remember the CIA guy that shot 2 guys in the back because he said they were trying to rob him? He got released because "someone" paid a couple million dollars for "blood money". I wonder who would have paid that? And where that money would have ultimately come from? Furthermore, in that same incident, another local was killed when he was run over by a vehicle, rushing to aid the CIA guy. Whatever happened to them? They left the scene, never to be identified.
So, if you have enough money, you can kill whoever you want, in Pakistan anyway.

From what I can tell it is a whole new jig saw puzzle in the Middle East and north Africa
What get me is we still have not found Osama Bin laden for all the money we have spent.
If I understood the report on Al Jazeera then this complaint against us blowing up their children is coming from a majority who are holding Pakistani government accountable. Meaning there could be a change in government ahead for our Nuclear friend Pakistan.

We haven't got OSAMA BIN LADEN only because that is not the mission, Bin laden was and possibly still is funded by the CIA and our goverment, The CIA is working with Al-Qaeda and Libiyan rebels right now in libiya and also has worked with Al Qaida many times in the past on declassified documents, The Bin Laden family also has financial ties to the Bush family and the saudis. Osama Bin Laden has kidney problems and he needs dialysis and we purposefully let him get away at the start of war on several occasions. Ask yourself why can't we catch an old man that need dialysis every week, its not realistic. There is two Osama Bin Ladens, the first one is a fictional character made up by America that is a warrior who fights wars and leads armies of terrorist against america and the second one is the real Osama Bin Laden a wealthy oil tycoon and aging old man who can barely walk. Hell we are practically best buddies with Bin Laden.
