My girls are now 44 days old in veg from seed. They are really looking good to me. It doesn't take much to please me, this is my first grow. SSH, WW×BB, Extrema,The Mask, and X Lines fast nevilles haze. I'm feeding with GH Flora series, nitrozyme, cal-mag, and superthrive. Been adjusting Ph to 5.5. I'm using the hempy method with 100% perlite.

From the looks of things I'd say you have a Mag deficiency,
Even though you are adding Cal Mag, your PH level is almost locking it out (too Low)
I do Hempy and run my PH at 6.0.
Flush her 1st (with 6.0 PH plain water), then run her at 6.0 PH with your GH & Cal mag.
Be gentle with the Nutes, start her back at 25% of recommended, then build back in increments
Try that for just that plant, and see if it improves, meaning no more damage and continued good growth.
I think your plants look good, so your doing something right.

When will they be ready to clone. I'm going to take clones from each plant and let them veg for a week or two then put them into flower to determine sex of the mothers or freaking fathers. Dads will be removed.

From the information I've gathered about hempy growing Ph rising after a couple of days is perfectly normal.
