mine droop like that but only when i DONT water them, ive been very careful not to overwater as its a very very common mistake to make.

Over watering is a term that is confusing. It's not about how much water you use, it's the frequency of watering. They need be dry as mystifiedbongs says. It's better to be droopy, and soil dry for a couple inches, so when you water they wick the moisture up. Here's a good thread on it.
